Was in the right parking garage but the machine did not accept the bar code. I had to pay twice for parking that day. Same price as what I paid using Parking.com so why would anyone use this service??? Never used this service again.

Could not find a way to utilize the All day parking pass I purchased through their app to get in the garage. Ended up paying for a second ticket at the gate. Won't be using this option again. The garage itself was ok however.
Code wouldn’t let me in parking garage! A waste of money and had to pay to park somewhere else

When I went to pay for my ticket, it returned it right away, so I thought that the clinic had validated it. At the check out gate, it listed $3. No big deal. I pay $3 via credit card and the gate doesn't open. Now my ticket is gone. I call for help and the attendant says that he doesn't see my credit card as gone through. So I tell him I'll gladly try again but my ticket is gone. He says that he'll have to charge me $27 for lost ticket. I explain that it came up as $3 and that I would not be paying $27. He says he absolutely cannot help me or open the gate without paying the $27, as he has to follow guidelines. At this point, I've been at the gate 15 minutes so I reluctantly agree to pay. The credit card gets inserted and removed and it doesn't go through. It seems the credit card reader is broken. He asks if I have cash, I do not, he asks for my details (name, phone number) for a report and at this point considering the machine ate my ticket, the credit card reader is not working and we're talking about $3 of parking, I assume that he could open the gate. Instead, he says he needs to send me the link to pay via parking to my phone to pay that way. Only then can he and will he open the gate. Beyond frustrated!

After several back and forths the guy asks if i can give my license plate to which he got frustrated at my "no" since there was someone blocking me in and there was no chance I could open the door.
Ultimately I had to go through a tedious text process to pay by phone which after "your cardreader is broken" should have just resulted in a "sorry about the inconvenience i'm opening the gate". Not "let me hold you in place in downtown houston and ask you to get out of your vehicle".

I was exiting the garage when there was a line of many people not moving in front of me in line. We all turned around and looked for another exit and when we came back to the only exit in the whole garage, I was at the front of the line. No matter how many times I tried to pay or which one of the four cards I used nothing would give me my receipt and raise the arm. I spoke to the attendant through the call button on the pay box who would not believe that I was just trying to leave the garage, and figured I was just trying to get out of a 9 dollar parking ticket which eventually turned into an 18 dollar ticket for how long I was sitting there. I made this clear and the attendant still showed no regard after the 20 minutes I had talked to him. I was sent a link once the arm was raised, with a bill for $31 that was supposed to be refunded, and was not. I was forced to pay this $31 fee or I was to be issued a citation. Worst experience and even worse customer service. Plus there was no number to call the company and talk about this experience.

Kiosk didn’t work. Parking lot attendant requested I go to the kiosk on the other side of then garage, which didn’t work either. After finally getting out via the help button, I was sent a bill requesting I pay over 3x the price it was supposed to be. After numerous calls, they finally just had to pay the bill.

This place is Crap. I went for my doctor visit and parked in this place. Got a discount from the doctors office, went to leave the garage and would not read 2 of my cards and wouldn't let me out. Pushed the button to talk and told me to get out of line and I left my ticket in machine. Then they told me I would have to pay for lost ticket and they would give me a code # on my phone to pay. At this point I was so Pissed, I stated send me the damn code so I can get The **** out of here. Was not offered the code when the cost was only $5, but when it went up to $26, I was offered a code. It really sucks when a company takes advantage of a situation. I hope the worst for the owners and policy makers.

Could not find the location. Address given (Austin Street) does not work on Apple Maps. Took us to a different parking place. I had to pay for a separate parking garage.

I had to pay again at the gate the reader would not read the QR on my phone then finally said it was not accepted at the lot. Very frustrating - I was pleased that Parking.com replied and is issuing a refund for the prepay thank you for your follow-up.

We were all locked in unable to exit due to faulty gates. We were stuck for an hour before someone showed up. It wouldn’t accept my prepaid qcode receipt. Nightmare! Never again!

I could not find the location for the parking. I had to pay for parking at another location. When I returned to the app to get the directions to the location again my session had already started and I could not find the address or information.

The scan did not work. I called and they said it should work. It didn’t. I had to pay with a ticket. I ended up paying $50 for a $25 ticket.

I had selected the correct date for a parking spot and when I paid it had put the date I had purchased the ticket online. I emailed them and still have not gotten a response.

App was relatively easy to use, the location however is not being updated regularly with availability status. Got to the parking location and it was under construction and was actually closed.
