I always have a great experience a this garage. The people there are very competent, nice and helpful.

An is now app required to use the parking service that has ‘Term of Service’ that go way beyond what is required. It includes giving up all rights to a court trial, liability exclusions for damage and theft to your vehicle. You must also agree to allow them to track you across internet sites visited. You must agree they can sell or use the information in any way they want. The actual app will scrape any info it can from your contacts list. Terrible system, they probably figure you will just click on ‘Accept’ like you have done countless times before. If you do choose to use this system, you must allow third party cookies, ‘do not track’ will be ignored, it just goes on and on. You are basically giving them permission to put your car in a compactor with you in it.

Attendant was very professional and kind.

I prepaid for parking and got there at 7:30 instead of 7 am. After a full day on set shooting. I got lost on my way walking back to the parking garage and my phone was at 1%.

When I finally found it I was first told I owed $55. I told them I prepaid for 12 hours and they said they didn't see it and someone helped him do something on the register/computer.

Eventually he told me my balance was $25. I told him I shouldn't owe a balance. He said since I was late I had to pay the balance because I was an almost an hour late.

I showed him my ticket that I didn't come in until 730 and the extra 20 minutes was walking around lost!

He said it doesn't matter my reservation is at 7 and I have to pay. "The best He could do was charge me $20. Which made no sense because when you subtract what I paid online it would be $20 so he basically didn't do anything for me.
(Every other garage has always worked around my time frame as long as it was within reason)

I didn't have a card on me. I never bring money to set and eventually found something deep in my bag.

When he went to put it in the register now the price was now $22. When I asked for a receipt of both transactions I was told they couldn't eventually someone printed both receipts. They began to say nothing was their fault it was all the corporate and to never pay online just come in. In my belief so your and their shady pricing can go under the radar.

I PARK IN NY ALL THE TIME I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE AT ANY OTHER GARAGE LIKE THIS! I not only will not return but I'll make sure to tell others not to go here.
