When I made the payment then after 2 minutes I try to cancel the transaction but there was no option for cancel the booking that was very bad I lost my money because of some reason they didn’t allow me to go inside the DMV office so I try to cancel it

I was given a ticket
I was given a ticket, as I was figuring out and waiting for the app to open,I put my information , paid and when I saw ticket it read 1 minute after I had already paid. I feel it should be paid after so you know how long you parked, not a good system at the DMV , and $29 fine for a $5 parking is not fair , I will dispute
