I paid for the spot. When I arrived there was no spot. When I called for a refund, I was told that was not possible. I would not recommend this service to anyone!!

We reserved a spot and paid for it for the ut game in Knoxville and when we got there the parking lot was full so we had to end up going somewhere else and paid even more to park. Do not recommend to anyone to use their online service

Too expensive

QR code wouldn't work after trying 4 times. then machine wouldn't allow for event parking and wanted twice the money. There were 5 other couples having the same issues. So a line of people and late for the show.

Found out later that parking was supposed to be free on the weekends. Charged anyways. Not happy

Parking experience was good but parking facility needs to be redone, has bumps and I think it was expensive.

Doctors appointment lasted longer than anticipated so I tried to add additional time and was unable to. Wanted me to start over and to charge the full amount again. Not very convenient when you are not sure how long your doctor appointment is going to last and the amount for parking was ridiculously high. For 2 hours, it was going to be over $15 dollars since I couldn’t add more time, so I went out and moved the vehicle to street parking. What an inconvenience and ripoff!

Easy access. Close to event. Less congestion.

In the past I could just insert my credit card into a machine. This new app was inconvenient to use. I had to go online and input a lot of information when all I wanted to do was park my car. The phone number you showed did not work. The costs have also become exorbitant. I will not use this parking lot again.

The price to park in this lot is outrageous.
I only parked there because I was late to a meeting.
Will not park here again.

Great location and ease of use. Too expensive. Twice what others were paying at other lots at similar locations

Price was incredible high. $10 an hour was fine 4 month ago but adding 100% more to the rate was insane.

Quite deceptive!

Thought I'd need an hour, and it was $6.99. Turned out I needed a little more. Another $6.99. VBut I it turns out I could have gotten 2 hours up from for 6.99!

Only wanted to park in Knoxville for a few hours to checkout the downtown and surrounding areas. I was prepared to pay up to $20 or so. Ended having to pay $40 plus a service fee because it was a gameday. I didn't even go to the game that was happening. The Rate I had to pay was for Over 12 hours of parking when I was there for 3-4 hours. I would really appreciate getting some sort of rebate since I was not there for the game.
