The location is perfect when needing parking at NYU. The valet staff was friendly and punctual. However, we strongly advise anyone parking here for the first time to know exactly where to enter - at the entrance on Bleeker Street with a large #3 above it. It would have helped if an image of the entrance had been provided.

GPS had trouble locating the garage. Without a policeman's help, I may never have found it

A pleasure as always, I have a brand new Sequoia. They took special care of me. They really are a good bunch of guys never have a problem park there all the time when my granddaughter performs at the bitter end.

We came in from out of state and it took some time for us to get out of the car and put everything in the trunk. They were very patient as a line formed behind us. They were gentle with our car and it took no time for them to get it for us when we were ready to leave. Thanks!

The lady attendant was very disrespectful, she gave me the worst attitude when I came without my ticket but my wife had sent me a picture of it because she had it and was far away. I asked her to scan it since That’s what they needed and she didn’t even try and told me to do it myself because it won’t work. I did and it scanned with no problems. The bald guy with the tattoos tried to help me and knew which was my car but the girl wasn’t trying to let him help me. Very unhappy with the service

the service is slow and apparently someone was sitting in my car and running it. I notice the gas was lower and the engine was warm when i picked it up.

This is the second time I used Parking.com and both times I was turned away by a full garage. They were quick to refund my money but I still had to spend the time to look for parking. I would say it's a waste of time to us Parking.com. There is no guarantee you will actually be able to park where they say you will.

I was charged double using this app than I would have pain if I just drove into the garage for the night.

Paid the oversize charge when booking. Then had to pay again at the garage. No one available at parking.com to help resolve the issue.

Paid online, but when I got there, they stated they were full and to call parking.com for a refund.

The parking lot didn’t exist. There was no parking lot at the address given. So I parked on the street I will be trying to get a refund. They refunded the fee and were reasonable.

The site was easy to manage and after searching other sites, parking.com offered the cheapest rates. Would use again.
