I am not a happy customer
I am not a happy customer. I prepaid for my parking for 2-18-25 i arrived a couple minutes early but upon picking up my vehicle I was treated HORRIBLE by tour staff that your company chose to represent you guys. I was disregarded by the woman in the booth when i asked her how am i supposed to get my car if the elevator is broken i received no response its as if i was bothering her. Then another man took the ticket of the woman before me and when i said can i give my ticket he said i am busy i can help you. While i waited there were two caucasian woman who came and he helped them so to me he racially profiled me being a black woman. I was helped by a gentleman who looks like me a black man who works in the parking garage. So i finally get my vehicle after waiting like 15-20mins out in the cold. Then i scan my pass to leave and i see there is a balance of 49.00 and i waves down a parking attendant and i asked him why the 49.00 because i already prepaid $58.16 i only came couple minutes to oark early and the time i said i was going to leave i came way earlier than that. I states that that would mean i would have paid $107.16 for thise couple of hours absolutely not i was already treated horribly and racially profiled and now you guys want money from me i will not pay any thing extra. I was finally granted access out. I will never be parking back at the garage 150 W 38th street new york, ny 10018.

Found a spot near my event for a reasonable cost. The staff at the garage were able to accommodate me when I arrived 15 mins ahead of the start time which I really appreciated.

I arrived early because traffic was lighter than I had anticipated. I parked in your lot. I came back 19 hours later the next day. When I tried to retrieve my car, the attendant was confused by the ticket that I presented to him. But that was only the start of my problems as I attempted to exit your lot your automated gate told me that I owed $40. None of the attendants on Duty could figure out what that was about. I talked to the supervisor & eventually he realized that I was being charged an extra $40 because I arrived a half an hour early. I arrived a half an hour early but I left five hours earlier than I anticipated and I still had to pay $40 more to get out of your lot. Pretty bad customer service in my opinion. The manager on duty was not very helpful and said that there was no way that he could open the gate. I will be canceling my credit card charge and will not be using your services ever again. Very deceitful customer service. To be charged an extra $40 because I arrive half an hour early and not be informed of this backwards policy of your company is in my opinion unacceptable

Contrasted experience
The valets on the 5th floor are nice guys, friendly and ready to help. This is in huge contrast with one of the women at the entrance, that has clearly not been hired for her IQ or her politeness. If the online reservation is easy, nobody knows exactly how it works if one would like to stay longer.

qr code worked going in, but not out. Parking lot tried to get me to pay again for parking. I had to search in my bank records to show I paid.

The garage was not able to accomadate…
The garage was not able to accomadate our vehucle despite paying for an extra large vehicle. It would have been nice if they would have used the vehicle model as a reference in order to give us a heads up that it would not fit. But I appreciate that customer service was nice and did not give me a hard tine when issuing the refund.

I booked the parking reservation…
I booked the parking reservation online, but when I showed up there was no parking in the lot and I was still charged even though I left as soon as I found that there was no space available. Also, the lot is very narrow as you drive up several floors looking for a space to park. If you need to park your car, look elsewhere. I ended up street parking that day.
