Entry address was wrong, can’t cancel…
I couldn’t find the parking in pre booked for when arriving for my appointment. I put the address for entry provided in Apple Maps and it led me to a private parking garage.
I had a bit of time in front of me but not enough to navigate to through the one way streets trying to find a match for the picture of the entrance.
I could not cancel my pre book either even though it was still before its time. Sent a message, still awaiting an answer.
After my meeting I did see the parking I think a whole block appart.
Update: got refunded, good customer service is key

Wonderful garage, wonderful workers
We have rarely gone to Brooklyn. I dropped my elderly husband at a doctor's and even with maps, could not find the garage (only a few blocks away). I called them in tears, and a gentleman came in his truck and had me follow him to the garage. That is absolutely wondeful.
