Always a great and easy experience getting in and out. The staff is great getting you in and out!

Almost always has room which is great for Michigan Ave. clean garage. It would get 5 starts but getting out is a bit of a hassle as the door guard has to buzz you out. If they are busy or not at the desk you have to wait.

It was very easy to find a reservation near my destination!

Woman was very rude and said I couldn't park my oversize vehicle, which I paid for and cleared the opening.

Rudely said no and she doesn't care.

Typical Chicago attitude.

1130 South Michigan Chicago was quick and easy drop off and pick up. They were understaffed for Lollapalooza weekend but were still attentive and helpful.
Parking.com was very useful in me finding a decently priced garage and close location for the festival. Will use again!

There was a Nascar event and the street that would give us access to the parking garage was closed. We couldn’t park there so we lost our money, had to find another parking and pay again. The system should block dates when the access to the parking garages will be closed or unavailable.

Been using this parking facility for the past 2 years and the entire organization is pleasant, professional and respectful.

not sure his name but the older indian man is extremely difficult to work with and can barely understand you when trying to speak with him!! horrible experience here

Rude management. Manager does not have a computer to look at parking purchased. Manager fought me and even tried to make me pay an additional $60 to get my car back.

They were helpful and amazing! I had no idea I booked valet, but beyond thankful I had lol. The kids were very impressed that the gentleman opened and closed the doors for them too!

We had a great experience! We were a little concerned when we pulled up and the front of the building was under construction and the parking sign said FULL. I pulled into the garage and saw that it was very full with cars. The valet came over to me and was very nice and I showed him my parking reservation and he said no problem and parked my car up front. When I got back after the concert, he remembered me and pulled my car up right in front of the exit door and everything was seamless! I will definitely use this garage again for anytime I go to Soldier Field! Thank You so much!

I was surprised that my parking reservation was valet parking. I was shocked, but super happy about it. The guys at the garage were awesome! Friendly, and worked their collective buttons off to get everyone In & Out of the garage before & after the show.
Those guys deserve raises. All of them on duty that night. My car was safe, well taken care of, and the gentleman were very nice and super helpful. That was a great experience.
