Easy to pay online. Almost impossible to find the garage. I first mistakenly went into a private garage nearby and the attendant was nice enough to direct me to the right place. The website should have done that. I had no idea what to do once I parked. All signage was oriented to paying on the spot, but I had prepaid. I had no guidance what to do. There was no scanner. I would avoid this option in the future because it’s too hard to understand how to proceed.

Garage height not feasible for my vehicle

No guidance as to how to pay. Very confusing.

I have to get out of my vehicle to scan the QR Code, which makes it inconvenient for me to use.

Parking should be discounted for those that work In the building

I was given a ticket for 75 dollars and I parked on an open space way down in the bottom of the parking. I am unable to include a picture of the parking which I took a picture off. The owner or person in the office asked me to send him the ticket. I need help to know how to sent it to him. I left before my ticket was due. At the last minute but I was there. The ticket was given to me before the time was up. there was no number on the parking. It was at the bottom of the parking lot. But there were spaces. I am 75 and I did not realize there were no numbers.

I was never told or is it posted that the garage closes early and my car was closed inside the garage

This was my first time using the system and it was a little complicated for me. Thankfully someone else in the parking lot helped me navigate the steps. I prefer when you come in and take a ticket, and then insert the ticket in a machine to exit.

I paid on line but your staff have ticketed me twice. I filed the appeals and they have pending for months!

Although the parking spaces are under the building, we have not found a convent way of entering the building.

Parking was easy once in garage. The directions are somewhat long and confusing . Too many steps to follow before entering the parking area; only to learn that just at the entrance is a another pay directive. How is one to know that unless another driver patiently waiting rolls down the window and yells "There is another pay directory at the entrance". "Thanks" I replied and proceeded to the nearest and narrowest parking spot. So, how did you receive 5 Stars. Well, the Payments and payment options were very fair.

I was unable to enter the license number of my car. I typed it in, but the system did not record it. I received a reminder to enter it, but the was no active dialog box to do so

Could not find the correct parking lot. No signage to help. Asked others but no other parking lot people knew either.

I appreciate the honor system in which I said how many hours I stayed and that was it. Billing system was straightforward.

Complete pain to use, too many steps. Not user friendly.

At first I had problems with using a credit card but now once resolved it became very easy to use.

The signage was very confusing. I had two doctors appointments which was distracting and I could not estimate how long I would have been there. That seemed unrealistic. So when I got back, I did enter the full three hours I was gone and thought I could pay that way. I paid the full amount 1850. Then when I got home I saw I had a ticket since I guess I didn’t pay when I came in. This whole system is very confusing and you need to improve your signage. I also don’t want to pay that ticket.

It was easy, cheap, safe and convenient!
