Good lot
The price was fair for overnight and I felt safe leaving the car and walking from the lot to my destination.

Potholes.
Lots of potholes and there is a curb that is difficult to see which you could drive off of. The construction to the south was also an issue.

They Tow’d my car after I paid for 24…
They Tow’d my car after I paid for 24 hours. No manager on site to explain why. Said I only paid for a hour but I have the receipt. I would NEVER park here. Be aware!

You alert when time is running out and give us the option to extend time without going to a meter..

Plenty of parking spots
Plenty of parking spots. The pay box was not in service so had to use the phone CB link. I was surprised at the the $40 rate for about 9/10 hours. Usually it’s a lot less.

BEWARE
BEWARE - this company has an itchy trigger finger when it comes to towing vehicles. Despite paying for parking through the App, I had a fleet of work trucks towed. The app is buggy, and I was required to enter in each vehicles license plates several times. Ultimately, the app purchased reverted/defaulted to a previously used plate, (another member of the crew). I contacted the company who had no concern for the issue. This is just a money grab from them.

Misleading pricing
I parked in the lot on Wabash and 9th on Saturday 03/23/24 and I was charged 20 something dollars even though the price posted on the panel at the entrance said $14 on Saturdays and Sundays.
