Super easy experience of using Parkair 247. Would highly recommend! My car came within two mins of arriving at the short stay carpark! The instructions to the drop off point including the video was super helpful as well!

A wonderful service. Communication was top notch, friendly and efficient and we only waited about 2 mins for our car when we landed!
Worth paying a little more for this parking service over some of their cheaper rivals.

Brilliant service AGAIN! Can’t say enough good things. Very polite staff and called whilst we were waiting (a long time for our luggage) to make sure we were OK. Highly recommended.

Everything worked as it should; we had to wait around 20 minutes for the car to arrive after I phoned, but I think that's fairly normal. They were very keen to communicate, using both email and WhatsApp; although when we phoned on the way to the airport nobody picked up the first time - the second time was fine.

Can’t complain, great service. You get hit with quite a lot of instructions the day before you go but if you read through it, it works great. Friendly helpful staff.

The service is perfect. They provide a step by step guideline and a video showing where and how we access the collection point. Those staff is very proactive. While I was peparing to give them a call, I recieved their welcome call at the same time. It is much better than parking my car to long stay car park with a shuttle. i only walk 1 min from the collection point to the check-in counter. I will buy the service again when I travel.

Such an easy service to use. Communication was excellent. The video showing you where to go was just great.
We used these last year and this year and will be booking again for future.
The only criticism I have is last year they gave us bottles of water in the car when we collected which was just a real special touch, this year they didn’t do and we missed that. 😢

The whole process is so easy. And it's the perfect choice with a large family with suitcases, where taxi prices get prohibitive (especially for late night pick-ups).

Very easy to book reasonable price compared to others. Good instructions received. Drop off very easy and timely, pickup up car after flight on time and waiting for us. Staff very friendly and professional and fully recommend. Will use again.

Car drop off was easy to find right next to the lifts on floor 4.
Car Collection took a little longer than expected. Car come back covered in dust, maybe a jet spray to clear the dust before returning the car back. Apart from that very happy with the overall experience
