I first purchased a product by Park whilst in Spain. A high quality t-shirt, heavy cotton, with a small logo on the front and a fabulous screen print on the back.

I traced the logo back to Park, and decided to order another.

I ordered, and …nothing, until i contacted customer services. A day later a response - apologising for the delay and telling me everything was printed to order which is why there was a delay. I was confused because the retailer i had purchased from had a large stock of these in Spain. But i didn’t challenge further. A week later the product arrived. It was nowhere near the quality of the product i had purchased in Spain. The t-shirt was very low quality - finger thin material, and the print quality matched the quality of the T-shirt.

Great T-shirt and the print quality is superb. Just let down by the courier service who had my item but delayed it by several days

Evri made a mistake with my order somehow the labels got mixed up. Tilly sorted my problem out fast and I’m really impressed with the service. Can’t fault Park at all.

Please use someone other than Evri for deliveries. My item STILL hasn't arrived.
UPDATE: Park London have agreed to resend item by a different courier. Reply received by return.

Had a bit of a problem with the shop app saying my parcel had been delivered when it hadn’t but Park were really on the ball and sorted it out for me.

I like the t-shirts and the prints. Most of the prints look good. However, what I didn't like about my order is the fact that all 6 t-shirts I bought were shipped in a plain paper envelope, which looked very ruffled. A paper envelope cannot isolate the garments against stains and liquids that may come in contact with it, especially when the shipment is to cross the whole Europe continent until it reaches the destination country in southeast Europe where I am. I was lucky that the garments came undamaged. Delivery was pretty slow as well.

Great choice of t-shirts and the website is easy to navigate. Received my order quickly and have not had cause to return anything. Would be happy to recommend the business to others.
