Ordering is a breeze and the product itself is wonderful. Shipping was a little rough, but due to the holiday Christmas I understand the delay. I did get a bit concerned and thought my order may have been forgotten. I emailed customer service and they quickly got back to me and reassuring me all is fine, and that Christmas delivery has slowed delivery. I got my order the next day. All good.

The most important thing is that the product is wonderful.
The most important thing is that the product I use is absolutely wonderful. I have no leaks either daytime or night time and that makes it so much easier for me to go out in public and to be able to enjoy life. This company lives up to what it says and I don't find many companies that make leak proof underwear that do that. So I would definitely say give Parentgiving a try. You won't regret it.

Change of distribution centers and…
Change of distribution centers and delivery carrier(UPS) was disastrous. From 2 - 3 days delivery to 2 week delivery with no notice was ridiculous. And customer service reps in the dark was preposterous. Bad management at its finest.
