At first my parcel could not be found
At first my parcel could not be found. There are apparently 2 storage spaces and it was in neither. I had to go away and return in 20 minutes which was a hassle. However the staff were really helpful and called me when they found my parcel.

Too belong to arrive… I thought that 12 days was a big wait…
I thought that 12 days was a big wait for something sent from within Australia. Issue with seller rather than pick up point which was satisfactory
Had the date of 20th September circled on the envelope. Hope that was the date sent by seller & not date it arrived at Parcelpoint. If so that would mean it sat there for 7 days before I decided to go and investigate if it had arrived.
