Handed it at parcelpoint on 26/11/2022 and I am getting a email today 3/12/2022 that the parcel is being picked up after a week! Which has now delayed my refund from the company that the parcel was supposed to go to.

I live in Southbank... so the nearest Post Office is South Melbourne.... NOT HANDY! SO... Parcelpoint at Angelo's... my Local Chemist.. makes it SO MUCH EASIER to collect a Parcel. Many Thanks, Parcelpoint!!

LACK OF PACKAGING AVAILABLE
I was informed at the drop off point that they no longer provide packaging yet the information l received from Foxtel after submitting my information was that packaging would be provided at that particular drop off point. They advised me that packaging had not been available for around 12 months. I found this to be a very inconvenient situation & the blame appears to rest with Foxtel.

My package arrived late about 1 week
My package arrived late about 1 week, the customer service team kept telling me it will come the next day. I just managed to get the package before my vacation and I need to know when it will be delayed (like an ETA) so that I can organise someone to maybe pick it on my behalf.
