So easy to collect with ID and communications were continual from the vendor for the package until it was picked up.

Ali at Redfern Convenience Store does a great job.

It took eaxactly 3 minutes from me entering to leaving with my package.
Staff is always pleasant & courteous.

If I can give zero stars I would. Do not bother using parcelpoint. Always go with AusPost! I returned my item on 30/11/2022 but until today I do not have any updates from them. Called their number to no avail, emailed them but ko response!!! Terrible service! And now I can’t get my refund back

Local pick up, no need to worries if I am not at home to collect my good.

I have used Parcelpoint on a few occasions now and I have found them to always provide a quick & secure service. I’m always asked for identification on pick up which is also reassuring.

The expediency of the delivery was as advised & on time. Communication of the progress of the delivery was suitable & easy to use to know when my parcel arrived. I did not however receive any texts or emails on the progress, it was only my regular checking helped to know when the item arrived at the pick up point. At the pick up point I was not asked for any identification number & when I had barely removed my passport from its wallet & began to open the page with a photo, the parcel was handed to me. Thankfully I was the designated recipient

I recieved a notification that my parcel point delivery was available for pick up, but it was not actually there after visiting the pick up location. It wasn't until 24hours later after the location called me that it turned up.

The staff at my local parcelpoint are really lovely.

Delivered to the parcel point I designated at 8.30AM to a shop. Shops don’t open until 9am!! Received 2 texts 1. Saying it was to be delivered soon
2. Back onboard because no one took the parcel. That’s because shops aren’t open then.
Waited another 2 days after waiting more than 3 weeks! Still waiting on another parcel! Not happy at all

I recommend it 100%, the girls are very attentive and very kind!
