The postcode lookup service on the website is awful, you choose the correct address and the web site form is automatically inputted by the postcode lookup service but then on clicking confirm the form says "error \ illegal characters in address"

It took so long to place the order because of the stupid post code lookup software, I had to phone your the office in the end to get advice and was told to take out any spaces in the postcode - which was automatically put in by your lookup software!!

Parcels collected Wednesday morning UK and delivered in Slovakia Friday morning. I have used this service several times and I'm really happy with it :-D

I arranged with Parcel2ship to collect an item for me and it was collected when agreed and delivered to me the next day--all as arranged. Wonderful when it works as it should.

Delivery took one week, not 2 days as advertised. Service was otherwise fine and cheap.

I looked online for best prices to send parcel overseas. Parcels2ship were the best quote I found, they were great, easy to follow instructions online, the courier service picked up from my door, and within 4 days( including the weekend) my parcel arrived in Canada.
I could also track it from start to finish.
Would definitely recommend them, and will use them again myself.

I've used parcel2ship 3 rimes now and have had no problems at all. All parcels using both DHL or Parcel force have arrived well and on time.

I shipped two parcels with Christmas presents to Norway. The whole process went very smoothly and the parcels were delivered within the expected time frame. My one query, following a reported address issue on the tracking service, was dealt with quickly with a helpful reply and a contact telephone number was provided for the agent in Norway. I will certainly be using Parcel2Ship again.

Our 13kg parcel was collected and delivered to Northern Italy exactly as promised in excellent condition.

I booked a collection for next day delivery which should have been picked up on the Tuesday. The driver arrived to collect it on the Friday afternoon when the office had closed. Although I was upgraded to another delivery agent and the collection and delivery took place over the following Monday / Tuesday the paperwork which was being transported did not arrive in time for the quality checks to take place on the given day. These has a large cost involved to us as it now goes over to the next quality visit and the paperwork can not be submitted in time for payment.
Not a happy customer!

To be fair the dispute was handled to my total satisfaction and I now use them regularly.

I was surprised it took 4 hours for me delivery confirmation email and packaging slip to be emailed. However, it is Christmas and I can't begin to imagine how busy Parcel2Ship must be. My parcel arrived safe and sound with the recipient today so within the 48 hour delivery period.

Parcel was collected when they said driver friendly and corteous package arrived safely and with the same amount of care . Excellent customer service from start to finish. Just one problem its a shame that you cant give any more than 5 stars.
