Poor product and poor aftersales.
Email contact will be dealt with by 'Vivian' which I assume is a bot.
I asked to cancel the order, which was refused as the order was in progress. Dispatch took place 10 days later.
I now have the headphones which are poor quality and the ANC does not work.

Do not buy from these guys.

Terrible product - poor quality construction, poor materials, sound quality is tinny and lacks any kind of depth.

The ability to customise the length to fit your head is severely lacking too - I don't have a huge head but they do not expand to fit my head.

Have requested a refund and they are being super obstructive and difficult.

Very poor quality product. Please do not waste your money on these earphones. Sound quality is poor.
There is no noise cancelling despite the companies claims.

I bought some headphones from them which stopped working after two weeks. So I asked for an exchange or refund and they just ignored me. A total waste of my money. Terrible company!

Awful. Tinny sound and the battery lasts about an hour. Definitely a scam and I doubt I will ever see that money again. Avoid

Not a UK based company as they make out - shipping is from China and my item never even arrived!! I was told I would get a partial refund and no blame taken on thier side that it hadn’t been delivered.

It took 3 weeks to receive the order.
Upon trying the earbuds I couldn’t hear a thing, nor could anyone hear me, despite them advertising you can talk in a noisy cafe with no background noise.
Was told I would have to spend £30 to return. Despite them advertising a 90 day return guarantee.
DO NOT BUY THESE!!!!!!
Having been offered 15% refund, I have not received this and have had no correspondence since.

Power button broke during first use.
Contacted support for a refund, but they wouldn’t give me a return address or instructions.
Asked me if it had been in contact with water, then told me to try and charge it…?

do not buy, these are cheap headphones, they are a drop shipping company selling from China, they sell a generic cheap model worth about $20 per pair, the box doesn't even come with their logo, if you lodge a return you need to pay for postage to China that will cost you $45.

Avoid, avoid avoid. Terrible customer service, will avoid providing any refund and the quality of the product is appalling. Sound is poor and build is awful. Please do t waste your money here.

Like a lot of others I recieved the noise cancelling headphones and realised they hurt my head and ears , they are made very cheaply I think ,so asked for a refund.
Got an email from "vivien" like others saying that it would too expensive to send the product back and I could keep the headphones and they woild give me 10% of my purchase price back.! Really? I paid £109 for a substandard product and basically they are taking my money. I will try and get my money back via my bank after a lot of going back and forward with "Vivien" I suspect.

If I could do no stars I would. The cost clearly stated that it was in aud however once purchasing the earbuds the amount had clearly been in a different currency and charged me more. I emailed and filled out a contact us on the website requesting cancelation and refund of the money two minutes after purchase. Only to be told this wasn't possible due to and I quote "When you complete the payment, the order has been automatically pushed to the warehouse and cannot be intercepted. It has been delivered to the logistics company" that "we cannot modify or cancel it. We hope you understand this" and that I can try them out and return them within 90 days.. which it clearly states on the website that and returns will be at my expense. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Unfortunately I have also fallen for this poor product. On closer inspection, the trust pilot review logo is superimposed over their website, and not real reviews. Very poor product, i'm struggling to return it, and currently in discussions with vivian (as per all the other reviews on here). I'm sorry to say that I think i've been scammed. I found the same product on Temu for around £10 and given the quality of the product I received, this seems about the correct cost for this product. Please avoid this website and product, you can get cheaper better products out there. I should have stuck with Sony or the like. Save yourself a headache and buy from a reputable company, don't repeat my mistake.

I purchased headphones for my son’s Christmas present. They were advertised as on sale for £109.00 reduced from over £200. Do not buy these headphones. They are probably worth about £20 and very substandard. I have struggled with this company to get a full refund as they stated it is expensive to send them back to china and that I should pay the cost. I refused to pay anymore money. They have offered a 15% refund and remain convinced they provide high quality tech. Totally inaccurate. Do not waste your money with paraear uk

Very disappointing, the sound quality is very poor. Was definitely expecting better for the price.
Spoke with Vivian, she explained how difficult it would be to return the earbuds and offered 10% to keep them. Next email it went up to 15%. I've sent them back...let's see what happens.
I returned their earbuds, had to pay shipping plus customs tax. Then I
will loose another 15% off the refund price. I'm still waiting for my refund. I've emailed Vivian and I get no reply. Everyone please avoid. this company. I returned their earbuds, never received anything. No refund, Total scam. It's the 07/07/2025, 6 months later and I just received those shit earphones back from China. No refund

They feel cheap for £100 but they seem ok, we will see how long they last

I brought a pair of earbuds after reading a review on the earbuds and many other brands.
Since buying them over 3 weeks ago, still no earbuds, still no reply from there office in China
They are SCAMMERS..
I should have done more research which is on me..
I've got my bank involved but don't know how much this will help.
All I can say is don't buy anything off them stay clear.

This company is a total scam and I hope people do not get stupid enough to get scammed by this Chinese company. Recently I bought the Hifi stereo and after days on end waiting it comes and to my surprise, this product is truly belong in trash bin. It made out of cheap plastic, and the noise cancelling sound like you were on desert, when calling its echoes back. When I tried to refund this, same as the other guys I am getting the same treatment by this "Vivian" who keep insisting I need to pay tax and they will refund me in full or not refund me at all even when the product is returned to them. This similar product is sold on temu for 17 dollars. I will start calling my bank for dispute on this purchase and I will try to get my money back however I can. I can not emphasize enough how much this company is a scam artist, please dont trust the review article too they are as trashy as this product

I fell for this SCAM by reading a blog of top 10 best headphones.

100% set up by whichever scruff is running this little operation.

Steer well clear. These headphones are on TEMU for £8:95 and sold for £109 on Paraear.co.uk.

Do not buy these products, they are poor quality and do not work properly!

Here is a copy of my reply to the company who tell me that the noise cancelling feature simply reduces ambient noise and does not cancel it at all.

Thank you for this response, you simply confirm that the headphones and features advertised on your website are poor quality imitations of other manufacturers products.

In short you are selling an inferior product for an inflated price.

This completely breaks trading standards requirements in the UK.

I am disgusted with the responses from your company, purporting to be a UK based supplier of quality products. You are based in China and di not adhere to trading laws in the UK, refusing to accept returns or refund.

This is a rip off company with low morals and no care for customer care or satisfaction.

This review will be posted on social media and trip advisor.

A company to be avoided at all costs!
