I would have given 5 stars except they sent me a navy blue coat instead of the black I ordered without explanation that even though offered the coat in black when I ordered it.

When I called to confirm the mix-up, they had no more black in my size.
I love the coat and it was on sale, so I will keep it, but I would have appreciated a note or email explaining the circumstances.

I ordered a pair of summer denim riding jodhpurs by HKM. Paradise had them at the best price. I could not find an inseam measurement on the HKM site for regulars so when I called Paradise to inquire, they pulled out a pair and measured them for me right then. The staff was super friendly. They arrived quickly and they are just what I was looking for. Great experience!

I called Paradise Farm and Tack directly (rather than go through Amazon) to order an Ariat polo shirt for my daughter. I spoke to such a nice woman, Angela, who checked the stock to see if they had the size, even suggesting I spend a couple of dollars more to receive free shipping. I would've ordered two shirts, but I wanted to see how the sizing was. The package was sent priority and I received it quickly. I was so impressed with the customer service...it was much more pleasant to speak to Angela than to order online! This shirt was an item for my daughter's birthday. She has to let me know if it fits as I wasn't sure how how the Ariat shirt sizes run. It looks like it will fit, very cute, nice quality shirt. I highly recommend Paradise Farm & Tack!

Great price, but horribly slow processing time waiting for my order to ship. I ordered my boots on the 3rd, and didn't receive them until the 24th. I was given a tracking number when they shipped, and did receive them in 2 days. However, I was not notified of how long it would take before my order shipped. I am pleased with the response time of their customer service and prices. However, I would have rather paid more and gotten my order within 2 days from Amazon Prime.
