I placed an online order for a helmet for my daughter for Christmas. It came as ordered, in a very timely manner and well-packaged. They had a great special going on for points toward future purchases that led to a second purchase of a new pair of breeches that my daughter chose and loves as well.

The product I wanted was in stock, timely shipped, and as described.

Paradise Farm & Tack, has a good selection of products and some good deals. I love the rewards program. The only issue I've had with them is their lack of communication when orders are back ordered or delayed and for me it's a pretty big issue. I do not feel I should have to call every time I order to find out that my orders have been delayed. However, I was pleased to get a response to my email, personally inquiring as to ideas I felt could help to smooth this issue out. To me that shows they DO want to resolve the issue and actually do want my business. Other than that 1 issue it's a good company.

This is a gift for my granddaughter. The braclet looks like the picture only better. The color is much nicer than the picture and the braclet looks very well made.

Jenni and Jim have big business selection with small business attention to detail and customer service. I was in a bind once with a new horse, freshly imported and clipped, with no blanket to fit him. Jim delivered a perfect blanket to his stall door the same day! Jenni has helped me find show clothes that fit well and look coordinated. They are both knowledgeable horseman who give expert advice. Glad to know both of them!!!!’

We ordered the Ovation Deluxe Schooler Helmet from Paradise and it was delivered accurately and very quick! We’ve never had a bad experience with Paradise and appreciate their quick service and responses when we have reached out.

My package took 2 weeks to ship when the website said it was in stock. I was thinking that a pair of breeches would have a quick turn around.
