The quality wasn’t good as last year.

We always use Papier for our photo books abs Christmas cards, fantastic customer service and speedy delivery. Thank you so much - only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 the blue background colour on our cards looked much more vibrant/rich in the sample advertising on the website, when the cards came the blue was not as rich as I had thought. Your customer service is first class however which is very rare these days!

Our Christmas cards from Papier are just ok and for the price (a lot even on sale) I'm not sure I would use them again. The images don't seem very high resolution and are a bit of a weird color. Honestly they look a bit cheap (even though they were not!) I also found the design tools a bit clunky and super inflexible - maybe people want more of a template than I do but I found the text options really limiting. Considering the options on the market I think I'll try another product next year.
