These services are so apt when it comes to timely delivery. I placed an order last night and needed it back in 2 hours as my deadline was approaching. The customer support agent assured that I would get it back before 2 hours are over, and surely I did.

These guys are doing a fabulous job by catering students. Not only do they help in the order placement but also assist in several other related issues. I called them several times about different queries and every time they responded politely.

i have gave paperslead two order and they were both late late late. i ordered 24 hours service for both of the paper. first one was late for few hours but it was okay, buz the deadline is far. so i didn't want to be to harsh to them. but the second assignment, i have told the agent that i really need it to be done before 10am ( the paper suppose to be done by 9:35am) and he said, for sure, i will make sure it deliver on time. on the next day , it was 10:15 already, i still didn't receive my paper , so i asked wheres my paper to two agent, one said its gonna be done on 15 mins, then the second one said is gonna be done in 1 hour. it already passed my deadline, and i was in a rush, if i don't hand in my paper i need to drop the course. ( worth at least $1500) and the agent told me, do u want ur paper to be done in one hour or i will tell the writer to stop, we will cancel ur order. ???????????? what the fxxk, I'm super mad, but i have no choice other then wait for it ?????

There is nothing to discuss about, as I won't be using your service again. Stop pretending with your quality assurance team who has no clue what is going on (in my case). It's too late now.

Appalling service. First of all they delivered my order too late and the second I wanted to cry when I read what they had delivered. I have no words to describe how terrible it was. They have definitely not read the requirements. For example if the question was about apples they wrote about shoes. Unbelievable!
I asked for amendment. When I received and read it, it was just a little bit better but still terrible! This time they wrote about bananas. So I asked for second amendment, which they again failed to deliver on time. Three days in the row I contacted them and every time I was told it would be delivered within five or six hours.
It is a long story, but I hope you get the idea about their service.

My conclusion is, if you need help with 2+2-1 or √9 they might help you with that, but nothing more complicated

I paid this company to write a paper however they failed to use the information that I submitted on what the article should be written about. I received it after the agreed-upon time frame and when I did receive it was wrong. After calling I was told to resubmit it for a rewrite and that I would have it within 24 hours 48 hours later, I received the email however the paper had not changed it was the same wrong one. After calling and emailed them several times we agreed upon me receiving a 50% refund of the files that I provided them how over the past two months I have yet to receive that refund. At this point, it leads me to believe that they are a company that is not doing their job. My last several emails to them have gone unanswered I want everyone to avoid them because clearly, they are not an honest company.
