Everything was quick and it all came out looking beautiful. The large selection of options ensured we got exactly what we both wanted for our wedding invitations.

The product we received from paperlust was outstanding. Everything was smooth with clean lines. It looked exactly how it did in the previews. I appreciated the preview and the chance to customize it to our needs. Every little thing on the mock up could be moved to suit our preferences. Only reason for 4 stars not 5 is even though they have an office in Canada they shipped from Australia.

Carissa from the management team was very kind to give us a discount on a second order of invites after our wedding had been postponed during covid. I really appreciated her kind gesture as budgeting for a wedding can be stressful! I will definitely use them again in the future - such great quality.

Customer service was personalised, responsive and flexible. Lovely design suite. The stock quality was great, however some of the digital printing was not crisp in some areas of the design (i.e. the ink coverage was 'light').

The end products were stunning. The design process is easy enough. Can be a little tricky at times with alignment etc but they will check your work and send it back to you, overall was fine. Delivered beautifully aswell. We had so many complements. Really happy.

Hello! I've ordered my save the dates and wedding invitations from Paperlust and love the designs. I did come across a font issue on my final product, but it was in the proof that was sent to me, so be sure to check the proofs before accepting! (The font was a type of script and my fiance's name "Austin" looked like it had two upper case "A's" like "AusAin" (in script). The script I saw before the "proof" was different and didn't look that way before the editors had gotten to it. Luckily, I was given a discount code to use for my thank you cards, so that softened the blow. I recommend Paperlust - on time and shipped pretty quickly for being from Australia. Customer service was attentive as well. Guests have been loving the cedar invitations we've sent out.
