Received my personalised leather photo album today and I am so very happy with it, it is exactly what I was looking for and such a reasonable price too. A nod to the owners of Paper High - this photo album is making up a gift to my partner celebrating us and our time when we also travelled abroad. The craft work is very high quality, and I am glad to be supporting a small business and the talented crafts people whom they source their wares from.

I ordered a Sari fabric journal which came today. It is beautiful..so lovely to hold and you can tell its been made with care. Will definitely order again.

Lovely products, colourful and great service

Unfortunately, I was unhappy with an item that I had received as part of my order. Although the company has a 90 day return policy, I decided to contact the team to make the staff aware and I’m so glad that I did. The member of staff was quick to apologise and to offer a replacement. In addition, she did everything that she could to ensure that I was 100% happy with the replacement, even sending a couple of photos so that I could choose which one I preferred. It is this level of customer service which will ensure that the customer is happy with their purchase, spread the word and buy again. Thank you.

I've ordered some products with the company and wasn't necessarily satisfied with them. After talking to the Customer Service Team I have explained my issues and the problem was rectified pretty quickly. Other than that small hiccup everything was great: quick delivery, good price and responsive team :) Would recommend!

I ordered a leather-bound journal with a stitched-on crystal as a gift for a friend. I'd specified my crystal of choice, but a lady from Paper High phoned me shortly afterwards to say that it was out of stock in the size I had ordered.

When I explained that the stone I had chosen was one I particularly wanted for him she immediately checked the stock in other sizes of journal & offered to upgrade to a larger, more expensive journal at no extra cost. What a lovely gesture!

I received the journal today & it is absolutely beautiful. The paper & leather are lovely quality, & the crystal is large & vibrant. I am so pleased with my purchase & the fantastic customer service. With grateful thanks from a 100% satisfied customer.

FAIR TRADE?
Imagine today I tried to place a second order with Paper High as a retailer that has been in business since 1998, which is as long as they have been in business according to them.
I dared to tell a Lady I spoke to on the phone that I had been waiting two weeks for my account to be reopened in their new system and I suggested that their system was a Lazy system as it did not have the customer in mind. I think the owners have all the great intentions in their business to produce Fair Trade goods to us retailers. However they have forgotten who put their business there in the first place. It was people like me who today the owner decided in a phone call that I had been rude to the Lady I spoke to and that I had called all his staff Lazy. This was a LIE from the Lady. I did not say these things I made a valid observational Feedback to her and the company.
He said that because of this and my rudeness on the phone he was now closing my account which incidentally was not even open yet because of the ridiculously complex system that they have in place. I am afraid there is no Fair Trade here with customers and they have become too arrogant.
It seems the owner can not take any criticism or feedback as he is too important to listen to 67 year old retailer that probably has seen more of the World than he has. In fact I was deeply mortified that he spoke to me in the way he did. How has his business progressed in this way?
Terrible Customer Service and no follow on at all. They have no respect for anyone. I believe that they have become too wrapped in their own self importance and success. They need to Go back to being Market Traders in Camden Town and learn how to deal with people again. The other worry that retailers should have of dealing with Fair Trade is that they sell directly to Public from their web site, which worries me as a retailer. So maybe Mark with his horrible attitude today has allowed me to escape! Retailers AVOID
