I recently had a case review with Becca at PAPA and found it incredibly helpful. She was understanding, supportive and provided clear, practical advice on moving forward with my case. Her guidance on preparing a child-focused proposal has given me more confidence and a clearer direction ahead of my final hearing. Finding PAPA came at a time when I desperately needed to know that I wasn't alone.

Parental alienation can be incredibly isolating. When you are separated from your child and feel like your voice is being lost in the process, it is easy to feel hopeless and misunderstood. PAPA gave me a place where I could learn, read other people's experiences, and better understand what I was going through.

What I appreciate most is that PAPA helped put language to experiences that I had struggled to explain for years. Having access to information, education, and the experiences of other families has helped me feel less alone and more prepared to advocate for my child.

My situation is still ongoing, and I know there is no simple solution or overnight fix. But having a resource like PAPA has given me encouragement and helped me keep moving forward when it would have been much easier to give up.

For any parent navigating a painful separation from their child, I believe having access to education and a community that understands these experiences can make a meaningful difference.

This movement is so helpful for families all over who are being torn apart by the family court system. They give you the tools and knowledge you need to be confident in representing yourself, because nobody is going to fight harder for your children and to keep your family together, than yourself.

I definitely recommend every parent utilize the tools and knowledge they are offering.

I am incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I have received from PAPÁ & Simon. They provide invaluable help to women who have experienced domestic abuse, especially when they are facing the very difficult process of protecting themselves and maintaining a relationship with their children.

Their support goes beyond just giving advice. They help me understand my rights, navigate the Child Arrangements process, and feel less alone during what can be an extremely stressful and emotional time.

I had someone call me this morning, a lovely woman called rhian (the irony) she listened to me for a very very long time and made it possible for herself to understand my situation as much as she could. Listening to someone who’s also had alienation happen to them means more because I felt like it came from the heart. Knowing I wasn’t going crazy. Speaking to her today it did let a lot off my shoulders and she made me feel comfortable in every word I said. Booked the call (case review) again for a couple of weeks. The team at PAPA are doing such a great and highly important job highlighting what some children and parents are being subjected to.

The campaigns across the country and support they provide are making a huge difference to parents and children who are currently going through this inexcusable form of abuse!

I made a purchase of a couple shirts and some cards on 8/6/2026. As of 8/29, the order has been saying “Awaiting Shipment”. I have reached out to both email addresses and their Facebook page and I have been getting no response from anyone on the matter. The service I am receiving is horrible and I have had no solution to the issue.

It's that they are will to help anyone with family court and and the mental health issues it's great because they offer loads of courses on all different things

PAPA has a fantastic amount of resources that will help anyone trying to navigate the family courts and represent themselves . A great support network of people who have been or are in a similar situation . Parents should not have to fight/pay to she their children … PAPA gives hope .

Truly caring, understanding people who give the utmost support when there doesn’t seem anywhere to turn.
We are overlooked by most organisations and unfairly pilloried by certain sections of the courts. Without PAPA there would be very little hope. A fantastic organisation.

I found PAPA (People Against Parental Alienation) through their Facebook group, and it's been such a source of comfort and information since. My husband is currently fighting for fair access to his son, and this journey can feel incredibly isolating but PAPA has changed that.
I love the awareness they're spreading around parental alienation, a topic that doesn't get nearly enough attention despite how many families it affects. Their advocacy for equal, 50/50 shared parenting as the default has given us real hope that things can change for alienated parents.
The resources they offer are genuinely useful from articles to legal guidance to practical support for parents navigating this painful situation. And honestly, the community has meant the most to us. Being part of a group of over 55,000 people who truly understand what you're going through, without judgment, makes the hard days easier to carry.

Amazing organisation with a children centric look at things. Everyone should have the opportunity to be a good parent.

This group is an incredible source of support for parents facing parental alienation and the suffering of the children involved. Since the start they've grown at an exceptional rate because of the enormous amount of parents facing the heartache parental alienation brings to them, so much so that lives have been lost along the way. I've been a member of the group for some time now and would read stories that are truly heart wrenching, however since this group has started and grown, there's been an incredible change to the stories that are being shared where the parents have stayed strong and they have been reunited with the children they've fought for! This group has made it possible with the extraordinary support offered by the admin team and their army of volunteers. I'm honored to be welcomed on board to also help, guide and support the parents to the immense resources that will enable them to find the strength and fight for what is right for their children. I can't wait to get started.

Simon and the entire team are resolutely determined to ensure they are at the forefront of reconnecting children with both parents by making 50/50 shared parenting the default position and child support voluntary when responsibility is equally shared.
Their unquivering media campaign has highlighted this lacking in basic family support and their mission is to make this become the standard.
I’ve joined them as a volunteer and want to use my own experiences of a traumatic, stressful family court scenario to support other parents who find themselves in a difficult situation and reassure them that the end is a positive journey with patience, love and most importantly support to guide them through.
They have on their website a wealth of information.
