Great Service. Quality item. Just didn't fit my head too well.
Firstly, I'd like to say the customer service from this company was 5*. The reason for 4* is purely because the hat didn't me well. I can't really give 5, if it didn't fit
The ordering process for the hat and custom nature of the ribbon is the best I've seen.
It was sent in a lovely strong hat box. I had to press to make the bow not press into my head too much, but they explained to me how to do that.
Sadly the hat was a little grippy, so I sent it back and then kindly sent me a replacement in a better size. But that one, while adjusting velcro, the crown depth was just a shade under what I needed, and so it felt too unstable.
They were prompt to respond to messages.
Phoned me a few times to go through things.
So unlike some hat sellers who can be faceless or without help, these WILL help you a lot.
As I say, I can't give 5 if the end result is no hat.
But this is no flaw of their service, or the quality of the hat itself. If I could do 4.5, I would.
There was no issue with any returns or refunds either. Hence, a solid 4 Stars. Hats can be funny things to fit correctly. Thankfully they had a good policy for returns.
