I loved the ‘You know you want it’
It was so creamy and nice and they had really good service and the technique was good

Despite the ever-persistent long queues, my kids wait eagerly every time. And today for her bday she got extra toppings!

Horrid.
Waited 1hour, queue was long as only 2 employees and then at the end told us it’s only card. This was a horrid experience as we needed something cool and ended up with nothing.
Very disappointed 😢

Rubbish , customer service 40 minute line then when we got to the front of the queue we found out it was card only crap shop

Customer service is absolutely shocking,made an order 2 weeks before Christmas never turned up been trying to get a refund back but completely ignoring my messages,amazingly very quick to take payment,I would steer clear of this very dodgy company which does not even have a contact number so you have no other way of getting hold of them.

Poor customer service.
Ordered my son the ultimate set.
It came with multiple items missing.
I contacted customer services who sent out some of the items, but not all.
I have contacted customer services again and am just being ignored.
Poor poor service from this company.
I haven’t received what I paid for.
Would not recommend.

Ever since trying pan n ice at the stall in westfields my little boy fell in love with it it! It only seemed right to put the DIY kit on his Christmas list! With Christmas ordering being so busy and DPD now not able to deliver in time for Christmas (no fault of Pan-n-Ice) I was upset. On the morning of Christmas Eve I had a phone call to say that someone was in the area and going to deliver from Pan-N-Ice office to ensure my little one wasn’t let down on Christmas morning! Not only that they went above and beyond with delivering extra sweets and cream so we get extra fun! We’ve only had it 2 weeks and used it 4 times already, I have three child 4, 6 & 8 and they all love it so much! It’s so easy to use and to clean

The ice cream mix is the best ever in my son's words. I mix cocoa powder with it in a litre bottle for chocolate ice-cream.
Our last delivery was damaged by the courier, a 1 litre mix was split. The other 5 we're ok. Customer service were over and above with their help. Sent them photos and received a triple pack which I really didn't expect as it was not their fault, but the courier's.

We hired Pan n Ice for a corporate event at our offices. The staff that came were super speedy, which allowed us to serve more staff members. The ice cream itself was really popular among the offices and came with a huge variety of flavours. I would definitely book Pan n Ice again for another event.

Faultless customer service and support. Helped me out with an unexpected problem of my making. Not tried the product yet but expecting it to be just as good!

My daughter was bought the Pan N Ice at Home kit (DIY) and it’s brilliant, works exactly like the guys when they do it at the parlour, tastes great, total winner ⭐️⭐️

Loved it !!, I ordered two for a little family get together. they have lots of variety’s of flavours that you can experiment with so the kids loved it and for the adults we could make cocktails which is a bonus

Amazing Gift - purchased the Electric Pan for my niece and nephew for Christmas. Works perfectly just so easy to use, great fun during and the ice cream tastes great every time!! Would Highly Recommend!

One of the best dessert makers I've used! The pan doesn't take nearly as long to freeze the mixture into ice cream like commercial ice cream makers do, so no standing around waiting for hours, it's almost instant!

I used my Bubba kit with my parents and even they loved it, trying to see who can get the best rolls and flavour combination. Safe to say we got the plate straight back into the freezer so we could have Pan-n-Ice for dessert all week! Couldn't recommend more!

I bought this for my kids for Christmas, the LOL edition and you get SO much in there! We did exactly as the instructions said and it worked so smoothly. We managed to get 5 ice-cream rolls out of it before we popped it back in the freezer again to use the next evening. I have recommended it to all my friends to buy for their kids. Thank you so much!!

Couldn't recommend the DIY kits enough, we LOVE it! We brought one to use over Christmas and the whole family had so much fun.

I have got my son a starter pack and every time when I go back to get ice cream mix and ingredients I always know I will get my products on time, their customer service team is amazing as you are actually speaking to human beings. I have to say I have had nothing but positive experiences with pan-n-ice, such a cool product that brings everyone together!
I love their products, definitely worth every penny.
