Purchased a lead crystal decanter. Arrived promptly, well wrapped and intact, so all good there.

However, I am disappointed that it doesn't have a proper box especially as it didn't say there was no box with it (and ought to have done if thats the case).

Whilst I didn't expect an expensive silk lined presentation box I would have thought it should at least have its own rigid box. The item is a gift and a reused/recycled cardboard box doesn't really cut it and leaves me wondering I've perhaps been sent a second or ex-display item.

That aside, it's a lovely decanter and I'm sure it will be well received. I just have to find a nice box to put it in now.

I was looking for some crockery online. Palmers had stock at a good price so I ordered. Ordering was easy, the products were dispatched promptly and arrived a day or so later. Ordered a pair of Curtains from Palmers on-line. I had not dealt with Palmers before this transaction and the transaction went perfectly, from the purchase form on-line, the confirmation of the order, the delivery prediction, to the actual delivery.
