After playing through a promotion I went to cash out. I was asked to verify my identity and I did. I was then asked to make a deposit to verify my Bitcoin address and I did. My withdrawal was then pending. From my deposit I won and made another withdrawal total withdrawal amount of $460 USD. my winnings of $400 was then taken from me under claims of having multiple accounts and using multiple promotions both of the statements not being true. I feel like this site is a scam that is used to gain your bank account and Bitcoin account information. They have no intention of paying out. If they correct this issue I'll change my post but as of now worst casino I've ever played at

I am a faithful customer at Palace of chance..wow what a casino! Little slow on the payouts but it's such a rocken casino everyone who goes wins and they get swamped ,they pay but they need a little time to get the job done.Overall Palace of chance is a good casino, friendly staff ,prompt email returns,and smooth running games.Go for a good pleasure time but give them time to pay out .Otherwise have fun at Palace .

THIS site and all sites affiliated with ENCLAVE are scams and thieves, i have played every single one, over 15 of them and at first while the playthru is going i will do well , usually getting up to around 1000 to 2000 then as soon as i get close to the point of withdraw, welll all of a sudden, wouldnt ya know it, i lose my ass and if i do get thrown a bone and able to withdraw 100 bucks or something , they make up some bullsh%t excuse about multiple accounts one week then next time they just ignore my withdraw all together, funny when i deposit money they never bring up the fact of multiple accounts....so anyone reading this, if your smart, heed my warning, STAY AWAY FROM ALL ENCLAVE SITES, they will rob you flat out....

So I signed it for the first time a couple days ago I won $100 surprisingly everything seem to be going well until I only got my deposit back. I reached out to customer support they said that it was denied because I have multiple accounts, but that’s not true and I tried to explain it the mistaken. this is an attempt not to pay after jumping to numerous hoops of theirs waiting days almost a week for them to tell me it’s been denied when all of the transactions on my account say approved I don’t know what kind of scam stuff they’re pulling but it’s ridiculous. I don’t have another account.

They don’t withdraw funds to a btc wallet, they have 5-6 days of regulation, but much more has passed.
They do not respond to emails, they do not answer substantive questions in live chat. Here scam 100%

I requested a withdrawal over a month ago and they still haven't sent it and they refuse to email me back about it and the chat people say they escalated it to a manager a month ago so they can't do anything else about it.. terrible place..

Extremely hard to cash out.
After waiting for weeks I was denied numerous times on my same withdrawal request without an explanation as to why since all was verified and followed all the T&C.
Customer service take very long to respond to chats.

They make it superhard to cash out. Cash out will take allot of time. If you work hard then you have cash in about 1-1.5mouths If not so lucky 2 mounths. Low Rtp also!! And also very fishy bonus rules. Read them!
