I have been working with Pakchamp now for about two years. I have bought a VPS server that runs my hosting business and they have been very supportive to me when I have issues and surprisingly the VPS has never been down. I've been using pakchamp for a few months with some VPS servers just for some forex trading business. Their prices are much cheaper than other places (like OVH or Amazon), you get a lot of more servers for your money.

So far the servers have been running fine without any problems, having said that my projects are not super high priority so there could have been so slowness that i was unaware of.

Pakchamp are much better than I expected them to be. I'm not sure how good their support is as I've not had reason to contact them.
