On 10-19-2025 I ordered the Cartilage Revive product- 6 bottles. Straight away, I noticed there was an auto ship on the product. I immediately called and spoke with a customer service person that day to say I do not want to be on auto ship. I will try the product and decide. She was very nice and said she removed me from autoship. I felt confident in the report from the customer service person. 6 months later. On April 19th I see a charge on my credit card for more than my original purchase price. My original purchase price was $126 with a discount. This price that I was Auto charged was $158.68. At first I didn't even know who the company was. I had to research who is
Upwellness that is charging me this $158.68 charge? Then I realized it is the company that I bought the Cartilage Revive from. I did not think it was an effective product and would never order it again. Once I received the product. I determined how small the amount of the effective ingredients were in each capsule. There are much more effective products out there with higher level of active ingredients and much lower price. I see they did not honor my DO NOT AUTOSHIP, even though I was told by the customer service rep that I was taken off of that program on the same day I made the original purchase. They sent the auto ship with a higher price charge to my card. This is typical of companies who hope you won't notice while they scam you, and charge your card! I guess I will have to contact my credit card company. I do not have faith in these types of companies correcting the situation. I was already told it was corrected and obviously they went ahead and did what scam companies do. Charge your credit card anyways!

Will sign you up for bogus memberships you did not agree to. I got charged 2 $104.03 charges one March 19, 2026 and then the next $104.03 April 9, 2026 even if this was a supposed membership fee why would the charge be on Aril 9? 10 days before an actual monthly service charge if March was the first charge. This was months after I had purchased electrolyte powder from them on Dec 25, 2025. What a scam!!! Buyer Beware! So may other good companies out there just pick an ethical one that does not charge for bogus memberships you never agreed to purchasing. I will never use this company again! I do have some supplements from them. I am now thinking about testing them for efficacy, because if they are stealing bogus membership fees from customers, what is actually in the supplements they are selling?!!! I don’t trust it now. Let’s see what a lab says is even in these products.

We purchased 15 BOTTLES of their flagship product, GOLDEN REVIVE.
After taking 13 BOTTLES and feeling NO EFFECT WHATSOEVER - We asked to at least return the last 2 unopened bottles and were told they had a 60-Day Return Policy with NO EXCEPTIONS and NO APOLOGY or attempt to rectify anything.

DO NOT BUY THIS SCAM PRODUCT - My wife and I both took the product so it's actually 2 people and separate biology's this product had NO EFFECT ON.

Make you sit through like 15 mins of videos before you can actually place an order. Be aware of that.
