Poor bags, good taste.
Great coffee, but three out of six bags I have use so far have split as soon as I pour hot water on them.

From Easy Days to expanded days.
I used to love Easy Days Coffee it was my go to and I regularly ordered it in boxes of six. Then came the changes and I decided to try the dark, medium and light roasts. I can say the tasting notes are spot on. So now I have settled on the dark and light as my new favourites from a company with authenticity.

I didn't receive my order as it had been delivered elsewhere by Royal Mail! Fantastic customer service sorted out a replacement in no time, and delivered by courier. Lovely de-caff coffee too.

I really enjoyed my experience , from ordering to delivery, I ordered the Decaf and to be honest , it tastes like expensive coffee but at a reasonable price. The free Coffee bag and money off voucher+ the coaster was also a nice touch . I will definitely be back again.

Excellent coffee and customer service
Excellent coffee. Only half of my original order was received (my first time ordering from the company) but Paddy and Scott responded sympathetically to my email advising them of this and the rest of my order was received 24 hours later. I’m grateful for the personal attention given by the company to resolving the issue. Looking forward to enjoying my order and I expect I’ll be re-ordering from Paddy and Scott very soon.

Prompt delivery and great coffee
The order was delivered in great condition - I'm sure my sons will be delighted with their Christmas gifts as they have had the beans before.
Disappointed that I could not use my discount code as the website claimed it had already been used but received a reply almost immediately regarding this. Also wanted to buy instore rather than on line but no stock at the Hadleigh store unfortunately. Hope this gets rectified
