I actually placed an order with Package Apparel, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

I came across their advertisements on YouTube and decided to place an order on October 2nd for $33.59, but **I never received my merchandise.** After several emails back and forth with the company, I still had no product and no satisfactory resolution. Eventually, I had to contact my bank and file a dispute to recover my money.

I also expressed concerns about possible unauthorized charges to my card in the future. However, my bank reassured me that there was no reason to worry since there had been no suspicious activity on my account beyond the issue with this purchase.

What concerns me most is that **this company continues to advertise on YouTube**, potentially attracting more unsuspecting customers.

Judging by the experiences others have shared in this thread, **this seems to be a recurring problem rather than an isolated incident.** I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. Save yourself the frustration, the headache, and the trouble of having to fight to get your own money back.

I wish I had checked Reddit before placing my order, just like you're doing now.

Is there anyway we all can start a class action lawsuit against packageapperalco. They have a base in Denver Colorado.

This is the biggest scam ever. Do not buy!!! This company advertises on YouTube. They say your package is delivered. You get nothing. There is no way to reach them. Scam.

I placed an order with packageapparelco on 9/24/26 and still have not received it as 10/23/26. When I contacted the company they said that the package was delivered and to check around my neighborhood to see it someone else received it. Are you kidding me?? This company is a complete SCAM. Do not place an order with this company!!!

So, here is the issue, at least for me. First off, I should have listened to my wife… she was right! A total scam! Second YouTube should be ashamed for letting packageapparel.com advertise on their site… it’sbegging to be you can’t trust anyone on YouTube as advertisers…. Package apparel will not respond to emails or their website chat room. They sent a bogus tracking number that doesn’t match any delivery service. I’m out $35 and no pants as of Oct 21, 2026. They advertise as a product made in the USA…. all lies… keep your hard money and boycott advertisers on YouTube!! You can’t trust them!!!

I bought 16 pr of pants for 35bucks. Paid extra for 72 hr delivery. That was sept. 29th,2026 today is Oct. 15th.2026. Not a word from them. I've texted twice, no response. I hate a thief! POS

This is a scam company that doesn't even ship a product. Do not order. Do not give them your credit/debit card information. Tracking number doesn't exist in FedEx,UPS or USPS database. I am on day 17 and customer service said it will be delivered in 7-15 days. Alleged package cleared customs in Los Angeles and is destined for Colorado. This should take at most five days. This company is not legitimate.

I knew I was taking a gamble on this new site with a too-good-to-be-true offer. I used a credit card to make the purchase, which promised a 2-3 day shipping. I even paid for shipping insurance. The package didn't arrive. I disputed with my card. I told my card that I DID make the purchase but believe I was scammed. They issued a refund and are disputing it with the seller. If I don't receive the products, I get to keep the temporary credit already issued by my card's bank. I doubt I'll receive what I ordered. If I do, even if it's garbage product, I'll pay. I made the decision to take that risk. Glad I was smart enough to not use my debit card to make the purchase. I used a credit card with a guarantee against scams and fraud.

I placed an order with this company. Not only have I discovered that they are without a doubt one of the most crooked scammers but they provide constantly false and misleading statements on their website.

Currently, the list around 98 percent of their items as being shipped from their United States based Los Angeles warehouse and after a review daily they are claiming 1-2 day estimated delivery.

They have a false and misleading Trust Pilot certification on their website that claims an amazing rating by multiple users and customers.

I filed a dispute with my financial institution and they informed the bank that they had come to an agreement with me to make a refund for our payment. The bank accepted the terms of the agreement and they sent a $2.00 refund for an order that was close to $50.00. This tactic as I have discovered is one that they have been known to use that triggers a refund by the financial institutions that only shows a refund and doesn't pick up on the actual amount of the payment and closes the dispute.

My financial institution currently is attempting to resolve this scam and now I am in yet another holding pattern for my funds.

Definitely a scam and how they can use a falsified Trust Pilot rating on their website is beyond my understanding.

October 21 and still no package....

Total scam. They lie on their own website about the reviews and ratings on this website.
