An added bonus is Pacitti's easy to use online portal which shows your listing, upcoming viewer schedules, feedback from previous viewers and the number of views your listing is getting on Rightmove.

Have given a five star review to Pacitti Jones in Dennistoun as I could not fault the service provided when selling my mother's flat recently. All staff were very professional and helpful and made the process very straightforward . A special mention to Shona who was super efficient, professional and friendly and kept me up to date at all times with multiple offers made with frequent courtesy calls and was available at all times to answer any queries I had. All the viewings were arranged by them and was kept up to date on the online portal and also updates by Shona. A great price was obtained and was extremely happy with the whole process and would highly recommend this office to anyone who has a property to sell and be confident that a great customer service will be provided by all the team.

I made an appointment with Pacitti Jones and within a week and a half my property was on the market. They were incredibly efficient and coordinated the photographer and home report agent for me.

When the property went on the market their communication was excellent. From booking in viewings to getting feedback from potential buyers. Georgia in particular kept the whole thing moving along and gave great advice when offers came in.

From the minute we started dealing with Pacitti Jones everything was handled very professionally. Shona was great to deal with ,any query that came up it was dealt with quickly and professionally and I would recommend any of my friends to deal with Pacitti Jones.

I would stronly advise against using this company. I have used them twice over the past few years and on BOTH occasions there were errors in the lease which had to be corrected - e.g. incorrect bank details for payment of the rent due to not asking where rent should be paid into. This was revelaed when I received the incorrect leases for electronic signing, and they had to be corrected. Weeks later they are STILL sending me DAILY copies of the incorrect lease for electronic signing, despite me calling them 4 separate times to get them to stop sending these. It has been impossible to get them to cancel this. I would not be happy to use a company with such a lax attitude to ensuring legal documents are correct and incorrect documents are not repeatedly sent out with a request for signing.

It was a wonderful experience buying a house through Pacitti Jones. As a first-time buyer, I was not familiar with the house-buying process and had many questions and concerns along the way. However, the team provided clear guidance and proper knowledge at every stage, which made the entire journey much easier and less stressful.
