so far, just awful. the booking system is an absolute disaster with no ability to get the 44 days a year I was promised. It’s confusing and clunky. Why can we only get mid week dates? Why am I only entitled to the dates that my seller had booked? no on ever explained use prior. Obviously more homeowners getting more than 44 days a year. They game the system, book 6 days, and stay the 1 extra. No summer dates. We still have gotten our locker. This time house was a mess and then no hot water. Worse yet, impossible to speak with anyone on the team other than the house rep who seems to change monthly. Just a very disappointing experience for everyone and I want out. Would not recommend to anyone - be very careful with this.

The team at Pacaso provided us a professional, fast and financially viable way to own not just any second home, but an absolute diamond!! Combine that with an app to book, a home manager to handle things when they come up… lovely.

I bought one share in a home about 6 months ago. So far I've loved the home and the process was easy. The house is perfectly clean each time we've used it, and we've been able to find a reasonable number of dates for a 1/8 share. If you are an extremely busy professional who wants the fun part of having a vacation home without dealing with the hassles and you have money to spare, this is a good option. I would not consider this an investment to make money though. It's a luxury pure and simple. My only complaints are pretty minor and would not prevent me from buying again. One is that the home manager had agreed to come meet us during our first stay but flaked. Second, Pacaso has moved the cleaning services in-house versus outsourcing to 3rd parties. Corporations being Corporations, my concern is that we may see some rather steep price increases relating to cleaning fees and home management.

Everyone I have dealt with at Pacaso have been extremely helpful and any question or concern I had they answered with knowledge and honesty.

We are new owners enjoying our first stay in our Pacaso house on Hilton Head. The house is fabulous and Hilton Head is fabulous. Our experience with Pacaso so far has been very impressive. Everyone we have dealt with (sales, house manager, admin, the CEO) has been extremely helpful and professional. The documents were reasonable. I sent the insurance coverage info to my broker and he said it was all good. The furnishings in the house (pots, pans, throw blankets, soap dispensers, grill tools, whatever you can think of) is extremely high quality and well thought-out. So far, a very impressive experience. Now, the house itself is practically brand new, and we are only the 3rd owners to buy a share, So the house has not yet seen heavy duty use. The real test will be if they are able to keep it pristine after a couple of years of wear and tear. Stay tuned for that evaluation sometime in the future. But so far, so good!

Our closing process was extremely smooth and fast. As part of the closing process we booked our first stay for October 6, the property manger met us at the home and gave us a personal tour of everything. So far Pacaso has far exceeded our expectations.

The entire process from start to finish was made easy. They were organized and had the details well thought out, which made the home buying experience enjoyable. Any question I had was promptly answered.

Our family was looking into a vacation property.
We didn't need or want a 365 home.
What we did want is a large really nice home in a location that allowed us to lure friends and family to gather.
We didn't want the obligations associated with second homes either, such as management, upkeep, bills etc.
Pacaso offered exactly that

My wife and I had many questions while we were considering a Pacaso second home investment: financing, scheduling, LLC particulars and community acceptance. The staff were very very friendly, responsive and forthcoming in fielding all of our questions/concerns. We were intrigued by the home ownership model and ultimately decided to make an investment in a Malibu beach home. So glad we did! The property is even more beautiful in person: tastefully decorated and well appointed in terms of in-home amenities. We are very happy with our purchase, and we may consider an additional Pacaso investment in the future.

We have been extremely impressed with Pacaso so far! The staff is exceptional.
