I had a very disappointing experience with Ozone.ro. I ordered an item listed as "available at supplier" and paid in full. A few days later, they cancelled the order due to lack of stock. While they issued a refund in RON, the double currency conversion (since my bank is in Moldova) resulted in a net loss of 139 RON (~30 USD) for me.
Essentially, I was financially penalized for the store's inaccurate stock information. Customer support (Adrian S.) refused to take any responsibility or offer even a small store credit/voucher to cover this loss, hiding behind "terms and conditions."
Their system captures your money immediately without verifying if the item actually exists. If you are an international customer, you risk losing money on exchange rates every time they fail to manage their stock. Avoid this store if you value your money and fair treatment.
