Avoid this company - very dodgy customer service
Avoid this company. We bought a vacuum, initially attracted by positive customer reviews. Following the purchase, and reviewing reviews more deeply seeing more and more negative comments, we purchased a different product and attempted to cancel our order with Ozitohome. We contacted the company in writing, within 90 minutes of our purchase. It took them 14 hours to reply, only to state that the product had been shipped to us and the order could not be cancelled. We purchased from the UK and the website heavily suggests the company is UK based. It's become clear that they're in fact based in China with steep cancellation, return shipping and restocking fees. This was never made clear in the purchase process. Several written attempts to cancel the product, and even obtain clarity on return policies have only generated responses encouraging us to keep and try the product. Clearly this is in violation of our rights to cancellation and return. Customer service is appalling, obstructive and slow - and that's just on the order handling side!
