Be careful before you book with this company. No help whatsoever. They’ve even asked for medical certificates which we provided. ACCC should look into this lot. Previously my family and I had used them a-lot, never again though.

None existence customer service
and no personal skills. This call centre could well be overseas, you cannot call them and all emails are addressed, Dear Guest and signed Sales Team, their English must be very limited!
I would never book with them again and I would advise anyone thinking of using them to think very carefully!
Ozcruising customer service
I booked a cruise through Ozcruising and raised an issue immediately after paying the deposit when I noticed the itinerary was not as represented. Despite contacting them straight away, their only response was to cite “non-refundable” terms and refuse to assist. No tickets or services had been provided, yet they insisted on keeping the deposit.
What stands out most is the lack of care — rather than helping resolve a genuine concern, they preferred to lose a customer. The process felt rigid, unsupportive, and dismissive.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Ozcruising. Transparency, fairness, and customer service should come before hiding behind terms and conditions.

I had read some reviews and was a bit hesitant. The customer service I received was fantastic! My emails were answered every time with in minutes. I had an issue with payment that again was rectified within minutes.
We don’t often take the time to tell someone about our positive experiences but always about our negative ones.
Highly recommend and will definitely be using again.
Never use this company to book cruises…
Never use this company to book cruises – Unless you want your money to disappear and be ignored when you email these crooks don't book with ozcruising. You can't call, there is no phone number. That's your first red flag. They take months to reply to emails and in some cases over 12 months to refund money if at all. Please don't risk it. Book direct with the cruise company.
Cheap and scammy
I booked a cruise through Ozcruising in 2024, after seeing a great deal on their website. Unfortunately, there was a cancellation to our cruise resulting in us getting a cruise credit. We were told that we could only use the credit with Ozcrusing. This turned out to be factually incorrect.
When we tried to redeem our credit for a future cruise through Ozcruising, we were told that we would need to pay an additional deposit. The reason I was given for the additional deposit was that it was due to us using a particular type of cruise credit. However, when I approached the cruise line directly, they denied that this was the case and were more than happy to use our credits directly to book our desired cruise with no additional deposit required. This clearly disproved that we could only use our cruise credit through Ozcruising.
Additionally, we were paying a significantly higher price for our future cruise than what was advertised on their website. This is mentioned in their fine print that prices are subject to change and this is the case when it comes to using cruise credit. So their cheaper prices really end up being the same as if you book direct.
The misinformation about pricing and additional deposits from Ozcrusing almost scammed us out of several hundreds of dollars.
Additionally, having only an email address for contact is poor. You are lucky to get a response within 24 hours. Even if you do, there is never a name of who you are talking to. This makes it even more challenging when different things are being communicated by different persons at Ozcruising.
I would strongly urge people to stay clear of Ozcruising and book direct with the cruise lines. I will never be using Ozcruising again.

If I could give less than 1 star for customer service, I would. No phone numbers to contact sales team. The sister company OZcruising had a 1300 number that is disconnected and there was a Whatsapp number that is also disconnected. Had to message through Whatsapp and the process took an hour when a phone call would have taken 5 minutes. In the end received an email as they were closing asking me to contact their sales team with the request via email. I wanted to cancel a previous booking and rebook as the listed price had dropped by over $1000. Was happy to lose the deposit. In the end by the time, I received a response with a quote the price had risen $500. If there was a phone number this all could have been sorted 24 hours previously. The lack of customer service is terrible. They are fine to make a booking with but if you need assistance they are nowhere to be seen and they will cost you money. Very poor. Think about booking elsewhere.
Pleasantly surprised
So I was definitely hesitant to use this company based on all the bad reviews, but the cruise I wanted to go on wasn’t available anymore through Carnival directly, so I thought I’d give Ozcruising a go. Definitely a bit of an odd system with how to book and pay (need to make a reservation, wait for a confirmation email from them and then pay by bank transfer). But in the end I went on the cruise with zero problems, it was the exact same as if I were to book directly with Carnival. In fact, we actually made changes to our dining time and Ozcruising let us know when Carnival was able to do it. Also, we had major changes to our itinerary due to problems in New Caledonia at the time, so Ozcruising let us know that Carnival had changed the cruise plans. A lot of people complained about the communication issue with Ozcruising since there’s no mobile contact, but I found they were pretty responsive to email. We never had any issues from start to end, and I would book through Ozcruising again.

Booked over 15 cruise never had a problem during covid refunds were slow which is understandable. Hard to beat price.

Our cruise got cancelled. Instead offering better solutions they are not even returning our money they scum bags.

False advertising

Ozcruising on the website keep advertising prices and they’re never available sometimes when you click through to them you have to really read that the price you clicked on is available because it either says the cabins are not available at that price or put you through to the price and then it’s a higher price. Sick of spending hours looking at cruises, trying to book through every cabin selection and none of them are either available or at the price they state. Complete waste of time - use someone else.
Don’t book with them
This company should be banned from trading. They owe me a refund and have said they gave it to me but in actual fact they have not refunded it. All they do is lie and keep your money, don’t book anything with them, they are not trustworthy
Easy to deal with
Have booked many cruises through Ozcruising found them to be efficient, offer better prices and cabin selection than various cruise lines.
Communication is also good , have never had an issue.

Received refund for the overcharge less booking fee. So 2 booking fees charged.
Now that royal Caribbean have dropped the price, Oz cruising don't honour the price guarantee. NEVER AGAIN.

Their website is by far the easiest to navigate & book through. As frequent cruisers we always check other sites for the best deals, Ozcruising almost always comes out top. Negative reviews are so disappointing as the issues people complain about are usually created by themselves not reading the fine print. Not the Company's fault!

Chasing my refund for a cancelled cruise for September 2021. Ozcrusing received the money from Carnival 18/2/22 and yet I cant get my money back. Ozcruising have had my money since June 2020 and and have not answered a single email
