I just found that the concentrator is a bit too heavy for me. As far as the oxygen delivery, it helps me immensely, especially while wearing a mask. The customer service has been great, I love the protective case that came with it, and the packaging and delivery was excellent.

Only problem i have is that it's a bit heavy

I love it but its getting to be a good bit heavy for me. I'm having some serious back problems and its a good bit too heavy for me. Im wondering if you have a smaller weight one with 2 batteries that will last 2nd for a shoping trip of maybe 5 or 6 hours that I could trade for.

My transaction was handle great with Oxyensure customer service person. They even followed up with my Doctor. I Loved how easy it was. Just wish more companies would treat people like y’all did.

My Oxyensure Concentrator has been wonderful. I have only had a couple of times when I've had to send it for repair and the staff have been friendly and helpful.

I love my portable unit, I can get out and travel and never run out of air.

I got exactly what I was told it would be! Works excellent. Only wish it had a continuous also !! It also helps that I can make payments!!

Everyone I’ve spoken to has been really nice and went out of their way to be helpful. There are a couple things that I think can be improved upon.

1) it would be great if you did bill insurance or at least provided the codes needed in order to get reimbursed from the insurance company.

2) If there is a way to offer lighter weight concentrators.
