I PURCHASED AFTER HELL WITH OXIMEDICAL from INNOGEN directly, big difference because came new, NOT USED LIKE OXIMEDICAL SENT! ignored countless calls and messages did not do anything they said, awful business which should be SHUT DOWN! and BANNED FROM SELLING ANYTHING
GORDON MOORE IS AWFUL and should NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL EVEN PET SUPPLIES let alone people who need oxygen, protect yourself and go to innogen save yourself the trouble.

I received a call from Mr. George Haddad on 1-31-25 and had a positive conversation with him. He has made things right and sent me a check for the sum of $300.00 which is the fees I was charged plus a little to pay my employee to ship out the equipment back Oximedical back in August. Thank You very much Mr. Haddad I received the check you sent via Fed Ex yesterday, again, Thank you

I rarely write reviews, but my exceptional experience with Oximedical, especially with Gordon Moore, demands recognition. After my wife's triple bypass and subsequent mobility issues due to a paralyzed diaphragm, we desperately needed a reliable portable oxygen concentrator. Extensive research led us to Oximedical, where we were fortunate to connect with Gordon.

Gordon's understanding and empathy, partly because of his personal connections to oxygen therapy, made all the difference. He recommended the Inogen G5, which has been a game changer for my wife. It's quiet, user-friendly, and perfectly portable, restoring much of her independence.

Gordon's support extended beyond the sale, with constant availability for follow-up and advice, demonstrating a commitment to care that is all too rare.

We wholeheartedly recommend Oximedical and Gordon to anyone in need of oxygen therapy. His service was not just professional; it was a lifeline.

I purchased an Inogen One G4 in July and the entire machime has stopped working. Both batteries were faulty when I received them. At that time they were only lasting 70 minutes. I am under their "white glove warranty," so Ive called several times to try and seek their assistance; only to be transferred to a call center that takes my name, phone number, and model #; but no one EVER HAS CALLED ME BACK!!! I SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND I ONLY GOT TO USE MY MACHINE 7 TIMES, BEFORE IT FAILED ON ME!!!!!!!

I am deeply grateful for Gordon Moore at Oximedical. He expertly guided us through the complex TRICARE reimbursement process for an Inogen G5 portable oxygen concentrator, making an enormous difference for my husband, a veteran. Gordon’s knowledge and patience were invaluable, especially given the VA only provides cumbersome oxygen tanks. After thorough research and multiple calls, we purchased the G5, and recently received reimbursement thanks to Gordon’s guidance. Sarah Stevens is the most professional, most understanding and most compassionate of all my oxygen concerns. My portable Inogen One G4 arrived overnight which I needed desperately ( which my insurance company insists is not possible to get now - no supplies they say). Then I felt it was time to replace my 'downstairs' home oxygen and Sarah and I got through the first DiVilbiss which came late, soaking wet and made more noise than a shuttle blasting off. She immediately exchanged me for a Quiet model after convincing me - via a audio/video she had the warehouse make so I could hear how quiet this model is to save me money from buying the more expensive at home Inogen. My new machine is very quiet and I am sooooo very grateful to Sarah Stevens and cannot wait to thank her in person

I checked with several online providers when we needed extra POC batteries for travel. When I called Oximedical and talked with Mike, I knew I had found the help that I needed. He was able to provide the batteries for our Rhythm P2 at a good price. He understood our situation and was able to get them to us quickly. Thanks Mike for your caring attitude.

Working with Michael Mishell was a real pleasure. He knew everything about the product and explained things thoroughly. He was patient with me as I asked many questions. He called me back in a timely manner every time I left a message. Everything he said about the product was factual. Now that I have the Inogen G5, I am really pleased with the product.

They sell refurbished equipment and it doesn't last . When it breaks they make you pay for the shipping. The least they could do is split the cost .my God the unit was only 6months old

Purchased a Caire Companion on November 18, 2022 after written conversation with Aleks Isayev specifying costs for duty and import fees. Upon receipt of the item, the costs quoted were inaccurate. Initially, the associate advised that it would be reasonable to negotiate partial compensation. I requested that the cost of additional fees be shared between myself and OxiMedical. This is more than reasonable as the sales associate specified, in writing, what the fees should be. After 3 months, they have ceased responding to my emails and refused to provide contact information for management. This company is not reputable and fails to meet the basic principles of good faith. Do not do business with them. Go spend your money with a company that is honest, which OxiMedical is clearly NOT.

My brother ordered the SimplyGo mini system with all the accessories for a total of $2194.10 on 12/23/21. He never used it or even took it out of the box. He passed away April 2022. I contacted the Oxi Medical buy back program, not knowing what else to do with the equipment. The buy back price was $800.00. I accepted the offer not knowing what other options were available. Writing this review will not change the outcome for me, but it will make me feel better to say that your company took full advantage of my situation. I have no doubt the unit was sold to someone else for full price, netting your company a nice profit. It is only business to you, but it is the physical adversity of others that keeps your company in business. No compassion!

We here in Southern Arizona are fortunate to have a sales & service facility of this caliber for respiratory machines. Since moving to this area I have been using them for service since 2017 and find that whether it's for warranty work or out of warrant, they always do their best to satisfy your needs. I would also like to compliment Leo Angel who not only handles most repairs but also the sales end in the front sales room for doing an excellent job. Highly recommended.
