If I could leave zero stars I would but it wouldn't let me.. firstly I'd made a purchase on this website thinking with it being a trusted website that I would receive what I purchased.. I was so wrong, can't track your parcel, can't find out where your parcel is or infact if its been sent at all apart from what it tells you in a email .. but apart from that you have noway of confirming what you paid for is on it way... its been over a week since a purchase a purse off them.. since then iv had no updates.. I don't have clue where my purse is ...and when iv asked for refund iv been told iv got to wait 14 days before I can ask for a refund which then will take longer to get a refund.. this is so disappointing .. I won't be using this website again and strongly suggest anyone else to purchase off another secondhand or vintage site that is reputable.. unlike oxfam

I bought Oxfam Christmas cards in what has become a retail frenzy of a religious celebration,,, but no 'Happy Chirstmas' etc inside? If Oxfam has joined the band wagon of de-Christianizing Xmas and not offending non Christians then never again. I'm an atheist but still believe that Christmas has a real purpose!

I usually buy all my Christmas presents through Oxfam Charity Gifts. In nearly all cases the presents have been well received.

Thèse flowers were supposed to be delivered on Monday, not Tuesday. The recipient is going home on Thursday, and she didn’t get much time to enjoy the flowers in her room.Delivery day error

Love their e-cards, you can donate as little as $10 per gift. Gave them as our teacher gifts this year. All their gifts are charming and fit almost all occasions. Way to make doing good feel fun, Oxfam!

I had a great experience by setting up the Oxfam Gift in the honor of my sister in law Sandy's birthday. The person who helped me to complete the Oxfam Gift over the phone was very patient and should be recommended for her excellent way of communicating all necessary details.

All went well.Wish the email to the two family members could have named the project ( helping India with COVID disaster) but the gal who took my info over the phone was very patient.

I have sent your Mother's Day card for years, and everytime it's a hit with the recipient. They are colorful, clever and for a great cause. Thank you.

The gifts were so perfect. I was able to find an animal to suit each of my family members but mostly, it was the excitement and pleasure that they had from receiving the gifts.

Also, the photos were darling so they made nice cards.

Great idea and I will use it more often!!

great customer service - I was guided by a very patient associate through the gift donation process.

The package was shipped promptly! Delivery was to be March 3rd. I changed the delivery to today March 4th on the website. Was told to stay home all day until 9pm for the delivery. I did. No call! No message! No info about when it will come. I’m out all day tomorrow. Why did this happen? When is my package available? This is a mess!

I gave an Oxfam gift to my friend's 13 year old... and she was so delighted among a sea of clothes and 'stuff' at this meaningful gift!

ordering a gift from Oxfam is easy and gratifying. The hardest part is deciding which gift to select.

It really should be possible to access oxfamgift directly and easily from the oxfam.org website! Like just click on “donation gift”. Then the gift card shown was not the appropriate one and I had to search for it!

Oxfam birthday (and Christmas) gifts are the best ever. The size fits each person perfectly and no return/exchange headaches to suffer.

Having a number of gifts ( categories) of different amounts to choose from is very helpful.

Great organization and “gifts” portal. I only wish that there was a way to add honorees’ name to donations in honor of, and that more of the “gifts” were representative of the actual inspiring Oxfam America does!

I have long been a very big fan of OXFAM. You do not just do charitable work in the 3rd world, you also speak out on the causes of 3rd world poverty.
