Know your rights
I previously bought Over The Top’s back seat cover and was pleased with it, so I ordered the footwell extender expecting it to cover the space properly and protect my car from my dog. Unfortunately, it was just a rectangular piece of fabric that didn’t lie flat because of the transmission tunnel, leaving most of the footwell exposed.
The product was described as “custom-made”, but in reality it was generic and not in any way tailored to my car or my specification. Whether bespoke or not, items still need to be as described and fit for purpose, and this one wasn’t.
I’m sharing this because some customers may assume because their items are described as custome made they would not be entitled to a refund. If you buy online, you generally have 14 days to return an item, and if something isn’t as described or not fit for purpose, you’re entitled to a full refund including standard delivery costs.
It took two months for my refund to be processed, and I only received the product price (not the postage), which I’ve written off. If you run into issues, Citizens Advice can help you understand your rights so you get a fair outcome.

We are sorry to hear this customer is unhappy with their experience but would like to clarify a couple of points. The item was made specifically to order to match with a custom seat cover previously ordered. We agreed, as a goodwill gesture to accept a return. The refund was processed well within the 14 days required by law.

I emailed the company with a query and promptly received a call back from a very helpful girl who then sent me a sample of the fabric.

Best dog beds
Best dog beds, our older dog has had his for 13 years and it’s still in great shape condition. Just bought a second bed for our other dog and very pleased with.
