They are very friendly they keep me informed on what is going on and talks to me about things that will help me get to where i need to be i will recommend them to anyone that they might be able to help

Don't do any business with these people I had very horrible experience they took money off my card without permission an won't refund me EDIT: they even replied on here but still ignored my email right after they commented on here what a crook of a business 🤣

I was then efficiently transferred to my case manager, Deshawna where the truly fantastic experience continued. All information was in my email right after our call, and both Derrick and Deshawna were incredibly helpful providing their phone numbers for all my needs. Due to an unexpected financial issue, I had to cancel. The process went smoothly, with the CSR helpful and understanding.

JHarvey gave me quick, simple and effective tools to increase my credit score immediately. He also made sure I wasn’t paying for more than I needed. Definitely worth it.

I called to cancel out my first initial payment until I'm ready and thought they were going to send me through the run arounds, but the cancellation was actually very easy. The woman didn't hassle me or anything. it was a great experience and very quick. I will be calling back restart, but at the moment I have a lot to do and only cancelled because I felt as though that I'm moving to fast and just started getting back on my feet and chose to take everything one step at a time.
