My wife and I have been using the service for 6 months and have had tons of negative items removed. We're quite pleased, but moreso with the level of service and knowledge that Annette provides. She's absolutely great! She replies promptly to every call and email. Thanks Annette!

Was never able to speak with my case manager. Responses to emails were slow if any response at all.

This company is on the ball!! They got my information and ran with it. In less than 60 days, 15 negative accounts removed. Some were just old accounts from my younger days 😉 and they were weighing down my scores. I had some negative accounts as well and most have been deleted. My Transunion report is perfect and all 3 reports , my scores have jumped. Unbelievable. Would recommend 👍

Cannot tell you how many things Ovation was able to get off my credit report but enough to jump my score by over 113 points. Now sitting at a 750 credit score again and have several high limit major credit cards again. Now able to refi our home and the mortgage interest rate savings alone (because of the higher score) will save us in excess of 10K over the coming years...probably more. Ovation does what they say when they say they are going to do it - they are on top of their game. Everyone I've recommended them to who has signed up with them has told me they have had amazing results as well. A good friend told who delayed signing up told me he was mad at himself for not taking my advise sooner. Thank you Ovation. You guys rock.

I was with ovation for 8 months and had over 30 negative items, I was gaurunteed by the high pressure salesman they would be off by now. I told him the only reason I would do it is because I’m trying to get a house soon. I feel taken advantage of, and ovation just doesn’t care about helping me reach my credit goals. They have charged me almost $1000 for a no time contract service that did nothing for me. Even though I was told I was a perfect candidate for their service. I could have put that money towards my bills or down payment. I felt vulnerable because my wife just died and I needed to desperately find a home, lending tree sent me to these guys and I really blame them for dealing with this unprofessional and rude company. Do yourself a favor and go with a company who actually has a proven history and who use the law to fight for your goals!

Horrible customer service, including on management's end. The person who "sold" me on this program was great. He lead me to believe that this company is really proactive. They were so quick to answer my questions when I hadn't signed up. Once I was a client, all bets were off. It took me four days to hear back from my adviser. The advisers that were responding to me were of generic templates, letting me know they would forward my information to my adviser. Never once did they answer my question. It took four days and three different reps. to finally speak with a manager. When voicing my concern the manager was very rude, spoke over me, and tried to belittle me. Beware of this company, as they recommended that I dispute my own creditors even though they have the ability to do so. After speaking with management and a rep., they still would not refund my $100 because of the "5 Day" turn around that I had. I explained to the manager that if someone had actually answered me back and acknowledged my questions, I would've been able to cancel four days ago. I will be going to a renowned company for this.

I came across with Ovation Credit Company for credit repair and believe me they gave me good service to clear my bad credits. It is a long process, but still I got the benefits of availing the service. Before contacting them, I read the customer reviews and ratings from Creditupflow which helped me a lot to choose this company. Now I am happy with the results from their services.

6 months and they didn't do anything to my credit.. nothing changed on my credits just a wasted of time....never again

I have worked with several credit repair companies, and they had me skeptic let. I came across ovation and gave them a chance and they blow the other companies away. I haven't seen my credit get so much better so fast. These guys are awesome and really know what they are doing.

It's a lengthy process, but I have seen results. I have not been very active in the process and let them take care of it. But... if something come up they have always been quick to answer any questions I've had

At first skeptical, I signed up for Ovation's credit improvement services. Vivian (my case manager) has provided excellent customer service. Promptly and clearly answering all of my questions, and keeping me posted of my activity (Thanks Vivian!!!). Ovation is persistent and consistent in disputing my negative credit items. I look forward to restoring my credit to an excellent position.

I signed up for the program. I am a bit nervous how the process will be but I am sure it will go fine. The enrollment process was very easy and they gave the opportunity to enroll without having to pay anything up front. You do however have to pay the first month work within a week. The monthly cost is very reasonable and they offer discounts.

I told them to cancel never did. and now they are sending it to collection dont work with this company

Since I have been a customer of ovation I have seen my credit rating begin to get better and anytime I need to talk my case manager is always there for me...I am very thankful for ovation...thank you ovation and thank you treeza
