I found Outsource to be a legitimate platform to find freelance work. I am an experienced Technical Editor, Writer, and Manager, and love that I find real jobs that meet my expectations. It was easy to communicate with the client through Outsource, and to upload and download files. As a new user of the platform, I found the Outsource customer service to be not only helpful, but proactive. I was pleasantly surprised that the payments were so prompt. Over time, I expect the Outsource platform to become more robust and offer more features, but its off to a good start.
