The game machine didn’t work and the tub jets didn’t work. It’s was a big let down. We rent a cabin 3 times a year and I use outrageous cabins but this time wasn’t the best experience like the others

I’ve stayed at one of their Cabins, it had the most beautiful view of any I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful Cabin too, great employee, Ashlyn Phlllips was very professional and helpful.

I took my daughters to the Smokey mountains for spring break. The cabin was terrific, awesome views and all the amenities we needed, including WiFi.

We stayed in the "Nestled Inn" cabin and loved it. The cabin is very clean with an open floor plan that has an unobstructed view of the Smoky mountains. The kitchen was well stocked & provided everything we needed to begin with (except groceries of course). They also provided a generous supplies of bathroom towels. Upstairs there is a pool table, game table and air hockey. Sitting on the porch swing viewing the gorgeous view of the mountains was very relaxing. The cabin is close enough to everything (shopping, Dollywood, grocery store) yet far enough away to enjoy the quiet and beauty of the mountains. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. We visit Tennessee yearly and have stayed at other places in the past, but this cabin was without a doubt the best. Great for families or couples.

Our stay at our cabin was great as always. We had stayed here about 4 years ago was great and this was the same. Great views, great location, and great value. Customer service was great. Reserving with Kayla was a breeze! Thanks again.

Our family spent the weekend in "Picture Perfect"; a four bedroom cabin. It was marvelous. We loved our time there. Our grandkids (teens) loved the game room; adults too! The cabin was clean and neat. It would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the bedroom off the living area. Odd thing was there was an empty box under the vanity. Good thing our daughter-in-law had one in her bathroom.
We had no problems with the check in. The only thing was we should have asked at check in for brochures of local activities. Our daughter-in-law asked about later. It would have been nice to have those handed to us when we checked in. Check out was also simple. We had a really great weekend.

I posted about this cabin early and also just found out that the two people that came and visited us have bed bug bites also! One of the people that came and visited has at least 20 bites and the other has 4 or 5. This is along with the bites that my husband and I have! So gross and disappointing and the cabin in beautiful and so is the view/location!

Hi there! We were in the Especially for You cabin. It was under my husbands name, Gary Kotlar. It's so sad and disappointing because the cabin is beautiful and in a great location but four of us have bed bug bites. I personally have 18. We don't know if the bugs came home with us or not. Just really upsetting and worrisome. I've never experienced this in any of my travels anywhere!

I am a repeat customer. Josh and the staff are excellent and always accommodating! I will be back!

What an amazing experience we had for our 45th anniversary! My daughter & husband had stayed at Outrageous Cabins for about 5 years & recommended we book one of their cabins. We chose Live With Passion and it was awesome: very clean, great views, check in and out went smoothly and easy and close access to Pigeon Forge activities! Good response to a complaint about our living room TV not working; it was fixed upon our arrival back to our cabin that same afternoon. Our only suggestions: change the mattress in the loft, clean the windows, gremove the cobwebs outside and top about 20 feet off the tree to the left in the back so the sunset and mountains can be viewed better. WE WILL BE BACK AND STAY AT THE SAME CABIN, maybe at a different time at a little cheaper rate.

The most horrible experience. Beds were not worth sleeping on my niece slept in the floor her bed was so bad. All interior and exterior doors would stick. Had to have my husband push on 5ne door to get me out of 5ne bathroom. Hot Tub only worked on low jets not high. The mirrors and floors were nasty, only one towel each for 2 days. They told us we could see the train from our deck they never told
us we could actually hear it and boy did we ever. We couldn’t sit outside unfortunately the noise. They would not listen to complaints
The last time I spent over $300 a night was at the Ritz Carlton in Buckhead (Atlanta) Ga.
The most pitiful group of staff hat is if you could get them off of their phones.

Our cabin was outstanding. Remarkably clean and up to date, with large TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. Our video game was not working upon arrival and we placed a call to the office and Josh had it fixed within 2 hours. The hot tub was not very large (it was shallow) but it too smelled fresh and clean. We loved our stay and will return at some point in the future.

Awesome cabin and a spectacular view I would highly recommend and also extremely clean.

loved our cabin. it was perfect for us as a couple. great views. easily accessible. any issues we had were resolved immediately. ( tv not working). we will definitely be back.

Overall very nice. Had a few issues: hot tub on back porch was leaking onto the swing underneath. Couldn't use the swing without getting dripped on. (We notified maintenance, they never came) Loft bathroom had no privacy as the "opening in the wall that allows for a bath with a view" does not lock shut. Everytime you open or close the bathroom door, it popped open.

Loved the huge king size beds. Larger than normal king size beds! Loved the additional loft for the kids.

Consider having the trees trimmed as the view will be completely blocked very soon.

The hot tub was not in the best shape which disappointed us. Great location - easy checking and out.

The check-in process was quick and smooth provided by friendly staff. The map to the cabin was easy to follow and we found the cabin to be clean, comfortable and exactly how the pictures represented it. While there are cabins on both sides privacy is not an issue! Hot tub is private as well! Highly recommended!

The overall stay was nice. The service at the desk coulda been more nicer in welcoming.

The website is vibrant, up-to-date and easy to navigate, the management is competent, courteous, respectful and professional, the cabins are immaculate, well-maintained and secure, and the breathtaking views are unmatched. We have lodged with Outrageous Cabins five times, have never experienced an issue, and have no reason to ever consider any other cabin rental agency.

We stayed in perfect 4 you. The cabin was beautiful and our stay was wonderful. Check in and out was fast and staff was very friendly. My only suggestion is if the trees could be cut back to help the view from the porch.
