I ordered a pair of trousers back in April nothing no answer

Have phoned emailed nothing

I have contacted Shopify who host the website

Avoid

Ordered a jacket as a present way too small.
Asked to return it.
Offered me 30per cent back.
I took this offer as better than nothing.
Still have not received refund been 6 weeks.
Now ignoring emails.
Do not buy from this company.

I can only assume the earlier positive reviews were faked - ordered a jacket in late March for delivery as a birthday present and still waiting in mid May.

Contacting the company has been a surreal experience, with them initially saying my shipping address 'hadn't come through' - hard to believe when operating on a platform like Shopify which is pretty robust - then completely ignoring me when i ask for any updates on delivery.

Have now requested a refund, but suspect i will need to do a card chargeback as I can only assume that the business is either a scam or simply too incompetent to provide any customer service.

Bought the Men’s Longline Trench Coat (Black, Size M) on 25 April 2026 for £39.95.
The coat arrived but is significantly too small. The sleeves are far too short and the overall fit does not match the “structured longline silhouette” or “refined everyday fit” shown on the model and described on the product page. There is no size guide on the website to help with ordering.
I contacted them multiple times via email to request a return under their advertised “Easy 30 day returns” policy. They have completely ignored every email. No replies, no return authorisation, nothing — despite claiming to respond within 24 hours on business days.
Very poor experience. I would not recommend buying from them. Sizing appears to run small and customer service is non-existent if you need to return anything.

can only be described has a con I've since seen the jacket on AliExpress for £6.00 Outra charged £39.00 Thier a rip off company don't buy anything from them, when it comes to returns they don't want to do it.

If I could give -stars i would avoid this company at all cost not uk based or even in Holland its China I ordered a jacket it came today. And it not what I ordered that jacket has no I side lining 🤣 joke of a company save your money and avoid being robbed. This company is a fake scam that sends reject items. I cant upload photos for some reason just avoid this lot as they will starl your money

Not great . Its from China NOT UK . I ordered two shirts they didnt fit ! Asked to return eventually gotca reply ( sent 3 emails ) they said they wanted another £9.95 postage to return them to China !!!!! Still not got a refund . STAY AWAY !!!!!

I wouldn't trust this company. The website appeared be selling items within the UK. I ordered a large jacket and it took over two weeks to be delivered because it came from china. The jacket definitely isn't large, it's more medium, so useless to me. They now want me to pay for them to ship a large jacket and keep the medium jacket or return it for a full refund but pay €20 to return it. I'll just have to do a chargeback through my credit card provider, but had I knowm the item was being shipped from outside the UK, I would not have bought anything from them.

Had to email and ask where my order was, then i received my order which had been vacuum packed beyond belief and it is nothing like the picture, not at all, emailed to return and still nothing they have not replied to me emails DO NOT USE THEM
I wish to add in my review the company has finally admitted it is there fault that the quality is in absolute disgrace but I have still to pay 15.00 return cost even though it is them at fault , DO NOT ORDER the company address is Netherlands

The comfort level is excellent and it does a great job protecting against wind and light rain. Definitely happy with my purchase.
