I’ve been ordering from Oushk for a while now, and they have consistently provided amazing service. They always reassure me whenever I have concerns and offer helpful, knowledgeable advice. They’ve supported me throughout my weight loss journey, especially during maintenance, which has made a big difference.
My orders are always delivered on time, and if there’s ever a delay, I receive a call to keep me informed and check if they need anything further from me. The communication and customer care are excellent.
I’ll definitely be using them for a long time and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a second pen of 5 mg from Oushk and despite having already ordered from them in the past, they refused to send me it, but were quite happy to take my money. I could walk round the corner and get this from my local pharmacy without any issues. Don’t know why they make it so hard.

The advisors don’t care, all they want is your money you have to jump through many hoops and interviews, then they tell you anything to get you off the call ! Not recommended 1/10 I have now requested my money back and even that I have to wait 5/7 days, next time also get my name right

Really dissapointed in the whole…
Really dissapointed in the whole experience. I have purchased with various providers since starting Mounjaro so have had various experience and history, yet this is the first time I am leaving a review.
When registering I made a typo in my email address, once I realised I updated my email on the system and called customer service to ask for previous emails to be sent to me. The woman on the phone said to call near my dispatch date to get this organised, but I also had to attend a consultation call so this wouldn't work. I called the next day and the women on the phone said "no problem, I will send the emails to you now" 24hrs later, no emails. In this time I emailed the pharmacy instead and desperately asked for communication to be sent to me, they replied "I can see your email has been updated on the system".....well DUH??
I called the next day and the man on the phone was terrific. He cancelled my consultation and rebooked it again and I recieved the emails instantly. Hurray!!! I joined the call with no issues, but at the beginning she said "do you have access to scales and photo ID?" I apologised and informed her that I wasn't aware I needed this, as I have missed all emails. She reassured me and said this happens all the time and she needs to report it on her end to make it more ovbious to new customers. We went ahead with the call and she asked when I was free to complete the weight verification with someone else, I confirmed and she said someone will be in touch. Have not heard anything.
Also, I have completed the final verification form 3 times, each time adding the same pictures and writing the same information but it doesn't seem to save. On my consultation call she asked for a photo which I confirmed I already uploaded "no I can't see it here, you will need to do it again". The mobile website is not user friendly at all (I can't even open my own attachments that I uploaded on there!) so I am only able to use it when on my laptop after work in the evening, which just delays everything further.
I am really frustrated especially as I am having to chase and make these calls whilst working and when I get 5 minutes to run to the kitchen and make the calls in private. In comparison to other pharmacies it has been so difficult and the lack of communication has made it much more harder. The messaging system is great but with other providers you would normally recieve an email "you have recieved a message" or a SMS to keep you notified to be able to progress things. I am really frustrated and just want my bloody order :(

Appalling customer service – no replies and ruined order
I am forced to leave this review because Oushk simply does not respond to emails anymore.
I am on the Conti Maintenance Plan and using MJ since 2025, but the level of customer service has become completely unacceptable.
I placed my maintenance order #374097 with a requested delivery date of Friday the 13th, paying extra for an exact delivery date. Instead of shipping it in time, DPD only received the parcel on the actual delivery date itself, which means the delivery has now been pushed to today Saturday – when nobody is at home.
As everyone knows, MJ pens must be kept refrigerated, and because of Oushk’s poor organisation and late dispatch, I am now losing an order worth over £300, which may end up in the bin.
The most frustrating part is that my emails have been ignored completely.
Very disappointing service for a company managing medication that requires careful handling and timely delivery.

Second glowing review of Oushk…
I’ve written a glowing review of Oushk before, but this time it’s specifically for their excellent customer service.
My package was about to be dispatched when I noticed the usual DPD option to deliver to a pickup point was missing—something I rely on because I work long hours. I called and was told the option should appear once the parcel was collected. However, after collection it still wasn’t available.
When I called again, a very helpful representative explained that they had just been informed that DPD would no longer deliver to pickup points (very inconvenient!). She quickly recalled the parcel and arranged for a new one to be sent with Royal Mail.
DPD then complicated things by trying to re-deliver the original parcel, but Connor at Oushk sorted everything out. In the end, my parcel arrived at a Royal Mail pickup point the next day—just in time for my holiday.
I’m sorry I don’t recall the names of the helpful ladies I spoke with, but the service throughout was excellent.

I don't recommend
I don't recommend. I tried to order my weightless treatment but they wanted to put me on a starter dose. I declined and asked for cancellation and to send me the money back. They charged me £15 for admin fee. I called them and asked how is it as they refused my order, gave an alternative which I was not happy with, so it wasn't like a late cancellation of order or anything, they haven't even got me to agree to the lower dose yet. They simply says it is their policy, which is a complete rip off. I went elsewhere, who prescribed my medication and had no issue like this at all. Their policy is really pushing consumer rights to the sides....

I had an issue today that could have resulted in a fair bit of money down the drain.
I messaged Oushk on whats app and got the loveliest lady called Laura.
She dealt with my issue within minutes and saved my pockets.
Honestly this lady is a credit to Oushk... if only everywhere had customer service like Oushk.

Being with Oushk since 2024 and customer service is the best. I got my delivery yesterday as expected all good, orders are approved timely for delivery and the clinical team as fab I had a consultation last month as I wanted a chat and it was supportive and reassuring! Thank you for all you do for your patients!
Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. This company isn’t perfect- their website and systems are continually improving presumably as they have rapidly expanded. But when they do get it wrong or processes aren’t clear their customer service is fast, efficient and effective. A massive thanks to Tanya and Ellie who helped me get my medication on time after I didn’t realise I needed another weight verification check. The team are kind and compassionate. Thank you.

If you're looking for customer service don't bother!
This company has to be the worst I have ever dealt with!
From taking days to reply to queries, to being quite condescending in their replies with repeatedly citing their company jargon which was understood in the first place.
After being a customer for a year I am appalled.
I was basically left without my ordered and paid prescription because of them failing to remind me of a weight check which was 1 week overdue if my calculations were right as by the way it's up to you to know this and remind yourself every 6 months as on the app everything is shown as up to date! So they just couldn't be bothered in being either kind or helpful about it, just easy come easy go. Well thank you for nothing. And please don't bother in replying to this review with further company citations as it is crystal clear, you just don't care!

Oushk are straightforward to contact, either by telephone or messaging. I have recently been assisted by Natalie and David, both of whom were extremely helpful and I would happily recommend Oushk to others.

Great customer service
Great customer service! Had a really lovely call from Laura about a problem with my Caudalie order. She offered me a couple of options and laughed about how to pronounce the items. Received my products the next day. Thank you Laura for making my day :)
