They are very bad sore no customer respectable no response all time on phone or message the products always not available and late delivery and bad products coming with damage you can wait more than months to receive your order and after receive it with damage and no one response to replace it

Delay in shipping and may be you will not get your ordered item nor your money back.
Customer service are horrible and always lying.
Stay away of this company or order on your risk.

Is there any system to show negetive 5 stars? This site only prompt in taking your money. It took me 2 months to recover my money. So stay away.

I ordered an item form this website 8 weeks back.
2 days later I was called by the customer service team to mention it is not available. They initially tried to pursuade me to buy an alternative. Since I was only interested in a particular colour model, I refused and was told the order will be cancelled and a refund will be initiated within 15 to 20 days
Well, it has been more than 6 weeks since the order was cancelled. I have not received any Refund despite several Email requests from my end.
The customer service just CCs my email to the accounts team "To look into the refund request". Subsequently this email goes in a blackhole and there is no progress.

This is one of the worst examples of customer service with poor coRporate governance .

Don’t be fooled by the reviews on Google. They are all paid, from a real customer here.. they are the worst ever, you will pay in full or through tabbypay or any other payment and they will either not deliver until you wait for almost a month or when they deliver they deliver faulty product and then never answer.. I have made a mistake and ordered a TV based on their good reviews only to discover that the TV is damaged with no way for me to get my money back or get a replacement since they are not answering at all or send you one line every 3 days “I am checking on the same” that is a scam for me so be aware

This online shop is a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT and so UNPROFESSIONAL!! I placed an order last 09.09.21. On website it is showing that it will be delivered on 14.09.21 and someone from their team called me the same day I placed the order and confirmed for the same. I didn't receive the order till today. I am supposed to use this item for my birthday today but this shop ruined the plan. I am a frequent online buyer and this is the first time I tried this shop and definitely will be the last!!!! What is the point of putting the delivery date on website if the item will not be delivered on same day???? And their customer service is so unprofessional that they even have the guts to tell me that this item should be delivered tomorrow but because I am complaining they will try to deliver it urgently!!! Such a waste of money and time trying this online shop.

WHAT A SILLY SURPRISE YOU JUST MADE FOR ME !!!!!!! I made an order on 5th of sep and I paid already and the order was confirmed as all the three items is available in stock and the delivery date should have been tomorrow!!! Out of no where I received a call from ur agent to tell me that TWO OUT OF THREE ITEMS I BOUGHT AIN’t AVAILABLE !!!! How are you keeping the customer wait for his order till only few hours before the delivery then you tell me that I won’t get my items???????! Where have you been the last week since I made my order !!!!! Worst Customer Service, The one which ordered they dont have at last i need to buy 3 items in order to make up the money and 2 items i went to the office and collected since its getting too delayed for 3rd one paid 5kd additional and got after 2 weeks,Their customer service never answer calls rather if they want to convey we need to message in whatsapp then only will they will call back. 1/5-and 1 is for genuine product.

I order two item worth 200 plus aed may 26 and until june 10 haven’t deliver i keep on tracking my order on your app and still pending. I’m trying to call your costumer service and always the answering machine was talking for almost 30mins. And when the time one of your people pick up the call, she said “we will deliver your item by Saturday etc etc. Saturday, sunday and monday come no item was deliver. Your service is very poor. My fone bill increased because i keep on calling your service to follow up my item, and nobody answer. Be responsible enough OurShopee. People our ordering online to have convenience but in my case too much stress, angry and frustrations especially following my order. 😡😡😡

Bought earphones in Qatar via this seller, they sent faulty product, made request to change or refund next day, but refused. Ommit this seller by far, they are thiefs!

This was the first time and probably last time to deal with Ourshopee. I had purchased a bluetooth headfone from the site on 18-04-2021 (Order ID- OMR05714). The device was not functioning and I called the delivery guy to return it. He collected it on 05-05-2021 after repeated follow up. Surprisingly, there is no call center number which works for this site in Oman!! Even if we call the number provided on the website, nobody will answer. Since 05th May, I am waiting for my money to be refunded. I surprisingly got a call from office before 10 days informing me that I will receive an email from them for my account number...I AM STILL WAITING THE EMAIL!!. People do online shopping to make shopping easier...not to make their life hell!!. Atleast have a good customer service number which answers calls. So I recommend not to shop on OURSHOPEE at all. Thanks.
