Wanted to make a special purchase for my granddaughter at Christmas. Found what I wanted on Otter at a great price,
I had to chat with customer service who were superb resolving my query. One happy granddaughter!,

Amazing company! Sticks, gloves and bags are great quality, many different creative ways to determine what product will fit you best and an admirable environmentally cautious approach.

Great quick delivery of the stick, feels good and handles well. Really happy and have been telling my friends about them as well.

Great sticks, great kit and even better customer service. I have found Otter a pleasure to deal with and all the products I have of theirs are great quality. When there was a mix up with a bag, they sorted it out within 24hrs, no questions asked and were generally brilliant. Would give 6 stars if I could.

A perfect new stick for me. Using it to practice fire the summer and next season. Love the stick! It has a sweet spot for hitting the reverse and I have really grasped that skill now. Flicking, hitting and dribbling is great. A great all rounder

Otter is an amazing company and is well respected.
Starting from the socials, Otter does a brilliant job of promoting their company and can be contacted very easily. Heading to their website, you can easily make your way around it to find exactly what you need. Sponsorship applications are great and are simple to fill out; they give out very fair offers and are always keen for new players. Lastly, Otter is helping out less fortunate countries by getting sticks from all over to give to their foundation which is amazing to see.

Otter hockey sticks are great pieces of kit at a great price. The team provide amazing customer service. The O70 I have is a very pleasant all round stick, perfect for the average club player.

Using the LB70 has hugely improved my game. The stick allows for great control whilst also running at pace and gives accuracy when passing. A great stick for back hand shots and power, too - on my first game with the stick, which was a cup semi final, I scored 2 back hand goals putting my team into the cup final later this month. Looking forward to using the stick over the summer months whilst playing and training with the Wales U18 NAGs.

Wow - amazing customer service. Had a problem with two hockey sticks bought from Otter. Sent them pictures showing the issues and within minutes was told that they would be replaced. Arrived two days later. Hugely impressive customer service. Would (and will!) recommend to anyone

Received my O90 in the summer and was pretty happy with it. However half way through the season I had a large crack in the top edge. I emailed Otter on the Tuesday, they replied straight away saying they were not happy with that and would send a replacement. By Friday a brand new replacement stick had arrived ready for playing Saturday! Brilliant customer service, could not be happier. Also, the new model O90 they sent seems even better

Highest quality sticks, gear, and over all experience! Fast response times and always willing to help. I also appreciate their due diligence in pushing to become more sustainable!

Not cheap but actually surprisingly high quality for the price.

I have been using the O90 for a season now and I am really impressed with the quality. Given the price tag I did not expect it to be quite as good as the big brand I was previously using but I actually prefer it. The touch is great and the mould is perfect for dragflicking. Only slight issue is I keep hitting the post so maybe you can work on that but the head shape makes it really easy to generate pace and disguise. Very happy with the customer service side of things as well. Will be back

An amazing brand that offers a range of excellent sticks, clothing and accessories. Otter sticks are the best I have used by a long way, with the LB being my personal favourite. The team are really personable and are always there to answer queries and assist where needed. Kyle and the team are smashing it!
